ok, so what is the fallout if he really is removed from office? I will start the list with what I think—
1. Order to close GTMO. Null and void.
2. Prosecution of Barry for something (taking the oath illegally....)
3. Big, fat bill for rent, utilities and food for the time in the White House.
4. Investigation into who knew what when then prosecute them all.
5. Reverse all appointments.
Not only did he receive that aid he also received it under the name Barry! MUSLIM!
Prosecute Dean, Pelosi, Reid, Axelrod, Biden, Emmanuel . . .

Absolutely. They had to know he wasn't eligible to be on the ballot. They all have perpetrated a fraud on the people of the United States and committed treason by knowingly undermining the Constitution and breaking their own oaths of office.
I imagine. Since the original article is a MONTH old, you would think a lot would have happened in the mean time if it had been true.
The only mechanism provided by the Constitution for removing an inaugurated president is impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate.

Someone posted this last night. It got pulled. Apparently, this story was an April fool’s hoax.
And he should be charged for the airfare and hotel bill for that minister who gave that racist “prayer” at the inaugural Joseph Lowery.

I have no doubt that he was registered as a foreign exchange student, clouding his possible citizenship.
But the original article was dated April 1, 2009 (April Fools Day).

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.
