fair use quote from AP article at Yahoo site:
quote: "This is particularly heart-wrenching because George was shot down in his house of worship, a place of peace."

That a church welcomes Tiller seems to me more heinous, and offensive to God, than Tiller's devilish acts themselves.
Lift up all these parties to God.
What kind of church welcomes scum like a baby killer?
This got moved to chat in a hurry.
A church and a denomination that has fallen under the sway of Communists and the immoral.
As opposed to his workplace which was a place of...hope? No...renewal? Nope....ah yes..death and life-altering evil.
I can’t imagine that there is a more peaceful place than a mother’s womb.
That quote is from a statement from Tiller's wife and family. I guess they liked him.
Planned Parenthood’s numbers of babies destroyed in the U.S. alone......
2005-2006 = 264,943 babies killed
2006-2007 = 289,650 babies killed
2007-2008 = 305,310 babies killed
> What kind of church welcomes scum like a baby killer?
A church that welcomes (and in this case, elevates) unrepentant sinners. Which ain’t no church of Christ. Read Paul.
Poll: Is the killer a hero?
Question: Does the history of great political movements support the assertion that violent, deadly actions, such as the killing of George Tiller, bring about mostly negative movement in the direction of the desired political change?
Not any more, at least not in these times
Touchet
Now we have to listen to him being lionized as some kind of protector of women’s rights. How sickening. Beyond the abortions there were the very questionable contributions to Sebelius for which neither has suffered any repercussions.
Any word yet on who did this? Even if it should turn out it was another pro abort or even had nothing to do with what Tiller did, we will be subjected to these speeches about how awful and violent pro life people are. Though if I am not mistaken this is the first act of violence of this kind since 1998!
And again, I condemn this killing today. Though I shed no tears, it was wrong.
Okay, I want to see a parade of sobbing women who are being forced to carry their unwanted babies another few months because their butcher is dead.
This is also from the AP report:
A protester shot Tiller in both arms in 1993, and his clinic was bombed in 1985. More recently, Monnat said Tiller had asked federal prosecutors to step up investigations of vandalism and other threats against the clinic out of fear that the incidents were increasing and that Tiller’s safety was in jeopardy.
In early May, Tiller had asked the FBI to investigate vandalism at his clinic, including cut wires to surveillance cameras and damage to the roof that sent rainwater pouring into the building.
Anti-abortion groups denounced the shooting and stressed that they support only nonviolent protest. The movement’s leaders fear the killing could create a backlash just as they are scrutinizing U.S. Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor, whose views on abortion rights are not publicly known.
Hey: Maybe this could be blamed on Obama ?
AP style, but if the truth was reported:
George Killer Tiller, one of the world’s all-time leading murderers of people ready to live outside the womb, lost his wretched life today when he was shot at a church known for its willingness to stand contrary to the Truth of God’s Word.
And so on.....
Meanwhile...abortionists and supporters prepare to wage a hatefest on right wing church going terrorists.
Tiller kept a chaplain on staff at his abortuary and offered baptism services for the aborted baby as part of a deluxe abortion package plan
I’m sure he has an interesting face-to-face with his maker
My God, this is sad. I’m wondering where the MSM was when the gays infiltrated churches and disrupted them after the failure of Proposition 8 in California? (crickets)
Indeed, what church would welcome a baby butcherer and even promote him within that church? Guess it really is all about the money to some groups. Tiller contributed mega bucks to the governor’s campaign, so, I’m assuming he also bought his position at the church.
I hope it was not done by an anti-abortionist. I have no other comment to make.
