I increasingly get this sense. People are intimiated, so they put up with this stupid crap. If they fight back, they will be labeled obstructists, racists, and (generally) enemies of the state. Algore and his minions are always denigrating the testimony of anyone who questions their global warming nonsense as being illegitimate, because “they’re probably in the pay of the oil companies”. Well why should we consider ANYTHING Algore says on the subject, because he has a CLEAR conflict of interest in the matter. If he can convince governments that global warming is real, they’ll put in place policies that will have a direct positive financial impact for him.

It describes a time not too far in the future when the Environmentalists pretty much run the USA. They are still fighting “Global Warming” while glaciers are engulfing the northern tier states (Minneapolis, Milwaukee). It would be funny it there weren’t a ring of truth to it.
