DC Summer Interns
This blog is dedicated to those DC residents who dread intern season. The interns swarm in like the Eighth Plague of Egypt (or the cicadas of 2004). We welcome you to submit stories of poorly-dressed interns, interns caught wearing their badges off-the-Hill (and location thereof), and any absurd intern stories you are bound to acquire this summer. Godspeed, my friends, and best of luck this summer. *PLEASE NOTE: As with the viral nature that is the Internet, many offices have stated concerns about anonymity and poor reflections upon them - please be assured that no office or individual will ever be singled out. This blog operates under complete anonymity and will never be of a libelous nature. This blog will never post any identifying information including, but not limited to: place of work, place of residence, name, or anything else that may identify an individual to the general public. In essence, it is a blog to which residents can voice their frustrations and from which interns can learn how not to behave (interns, please use this as a learning experience). firstname.lastname@example.org

And remember: some of these interns are the future political leaders of the country ((shudder))
Funny, yes, but also sad, in a way. It reminds me of that stage in life many of us remember with a mixture of nostalgia, pain, and wonder.
