We all know that MSNBC has sunk to below sewer level in its disgusting, slobbering love affair with Barack Obama and its virulent and vile-mouthed hatred of Republicans and Conservatives. Less well-known is the overt racism displayed by its news affliliates in, where else, Chicago, when NBC-Chicago ran the following article by political writer, Steve Rhodes:

North Side congresswoman Jan Schakowsky's decision - to be announced today - that she will not seek the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Roland Burris is (seemingly) at its heart about money and in effect about race and gender...Even more so with wealthy scions Alexi Giannoulias and Chris Kennedy in the race; their millions are enough to scare away opponents instead of having to actually beat them.
Which raises the specter of two rich white men competing for the Democratic nomination to replace a seat currently held by the only African American in the Senate. Roland Burris is a happy man today, though it's likely another African American will emerge to send Burris into that gentle good night.
Can you imagine what would have happened if that article read, "No Roland Burris: leaves field to rich Black boys?"
Well, apparently, NBC's moronic mindset has extended to its network programming. I had the unfortunate displeasure to watch the third season of "America's Got Talent." The first two seasons were actually entertaining, and last year's edition had a plethora of extremely talented singers with some pretyy incredible stories to go with them (Donald Brazwell being the one).
In its third rendition, everything that made the first two seasons great has been replaced by everything that makes NBC TV, "Must puke watching." The entire production staff seems to have been replaced by a bunch of rank amateurs whose mission is to make white adults out to be the dumbest people on Earth.
In the two-hour premiere, all of the performers of color were featured and all were enthusiatically voted on through to Las Vegas. Except for showing all of six seconds for two white adult performers who made it through, and two kid acts, EVERY ADULT WHITE PERFORMER were ridiculous-looking, and even worse performing, nut jobs.
The host of the show was Nick Cannon, a black "comedian" who thinks he's funnier than he really is, and he got more air time than all of the acts put together. The videographers and camera crew must have been pulled off the streets because they didn't know where or on what they should follow. The shot Director of this mess kept switching from floor to audience to judges to front-view of audience to side shots of performers to pullback on audience to tight shots of feet to close ups of audience, interspersed with dumb comments from Cannon. For their features on performers, they had two seconds of scene, followed by fadeout, followed by two seconds of scene, followed by fadeout...you get the idea.
I got up and left the other half to continue watching. I taped it so that I could confirm what I said above. Here's hoping that "America's Got Racists" hits the cellar in the Nielsen overnights.
Ahh yes, America in the post racial days of Lord Zero.
I noticed too the heavy number of black acts moving forward. Only one seemed any good to me, the final act of the evening where the three black youngsters sang God Bless America.
Having said that last night’s ample black woman who did African-Bohemian dancing did nothing for black culture or pride......I laughed myself out of the chair.
MLK’s dream has certainly been realized now that we no longer pay attention to a person’s color. /sarc
All the stuff O-hole is doing is about reparations without calling them that. Look at the target groups benefitting from the increases in govt spending, its the banks that were heavy into subprimes (Community Reinvestment Act), look at the groups stimulus money is going to, and it’s the blacks that are getting it. Top that on all the other tax money these people get for various reasons.
In my city they live in crappy homes they sink no money into, but pour all the money into gold jewelry and their cars. My stupid energy company installs very expensive and efficient heating units into these urban holes for nothing, because they figure they (the energy company) loses less money in the winter when the people don’t pay their bills and cannot legally shut their natural gas service off.
I accidentally saw that flipping through the channels. It was muted, but boy that was one woman who really needed more fabric over her. Yow.
With the exceptions of a classic show or movie, Fox or a DVD, the boob tube is OFF
