I guess we know where Chip and Helen will be sitting during the future press briefings.
Two comments come to mind:
1. I never thought I would see the day when Helen Thomas actually said something useful or asked a worthwhile question. This is truly a watershed event in that respect.
2. How can we have sunk so low that we have a president of the US who can’t formulate a complete sentence without a teleprompter, and can’t come up with anything better than Gibbs as a mouthpiece? OTH, maybe silliness is a good thing, if the public can come up with enough smarts to think about it......

When Helen Thomas is pissed, watch out. Her aggravation is a green light for others to get into this area of questioning.
It all speaks to the concept that Obama cannot handle open questioning. Every time he does, it is a disaster, such as in Paris.

Debby Smith will be moderating the Southwest Virginia town-hall discussion in Appalachia at Town Hall on Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. According to Smith, the information from the meeting will be reported back to Daschle to be included in his report to the President.
Congressman Rich Boucher and Daschle are scheduled to attend the meeting as well, barring schedule changes. News Channel 11 will be on the scene Tuesday night, look to tricities.com for more coverage.

This little performance by hyper-liberals CBS and Helen Thomas, after being Administration “pressitiutes” for so long, is very insincere. I guess this allows them to pretend that they are objective reporters, which they are not.
Still, I guess the Obama Administration’s endless arrogance and dishonesty is too much even for liberals. And Gibbs is truly despicable.
