Leave it to Barney. The man who helped create the banking crisis has figured out what to do with the income the treasury gets from the banks helped by TARP. The profits generated when the banks return the money with interest. Any Congressman with an iota of fiduciary responsibility would call for the returned TARP funds and income to be used to pay down the federal deficit. Of course we are talking about Barney Frank, he can't even pronounce fiduciary responsibility, he would never think of practicing it.
The Massachusetts money-grabber plans on using the TARP funds to provide to provide rental housing for low-income families. And the fun part is he wants to do it "under the table." He has covertly introduced the legislation, because why ask the tax payers what they want?
