The National Weather Service is reporting that 2009 was one of the coldest and wettest June's on record for New York, with an average temperature of only 67.5 degrees, and an almost record of 10.06 inches of rain. The NWS called the month's weather an, "Unusually wet and cool June for Central Park."

I could only make that multi-speed effect if the larger .gif below was doubled or tripled the frames before I composited the Polar Bear Running .gif onto a 404 pixel high top TP BG over it
I know how to do it - but it is too much hassle and has no practical advantage
The filesize would then be mucho biggo for posting on FR threads

One way to be able to find the split .gifs fast is to name them:
-A.gif
-B.gif
-C.gif
But actually not many FReepers would notice or appreciate the more enhanced and realistic Split-.gif graphic
That technique is mostly used on special interest website pages
