Michael Jackson Fans Will Stop At Nothing To Falsely Clear His Name.
Needs of the Many ^

Posted on 07/08/2009 10:06:06 AM PDT by vaper69

There is a vicious coordinated effort to slander Jordan Chandler by Michael Jackson fans. They are claiming he has admitted to lying about Jackson molesting him, and only did so over the guilt of his death. It is NOT true.

Do a Google search for “Jordan Chandler admits he lied” and see what you get. Page after page after page of posts rehashing the same exact story that Jordan Chandler has admitted that Michael Jackson was innocent, and never assaulted him as a child.

Michael Jackson will never rest in peace. In 100 years, people are still going to be going to his shrine (where ever they decide to permanently have it). He was found innocent of child molestation. Period. If the prosecutor sucked that bad to let a child molester go than they should have been disbarred.

I had a discussion yesterday with my sister who loves Jackson and his music; she argued his innocence. My sis is also raising her 8-year-old grandson. Interestingly, when I asked her if she’d have allowed her grandson to stay the night with Wacko she said no. It’s my guess most who argue his innocence would never have allowed the creep near their child.

Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought Jackson was only found innocent in one court case. Were not there other cases that did not go to a court conclusion, because huge monetary settlements were made, instead?

Jordan Chandler is the boy who accused him in 1993. Jackson paid him off to drop the charges.

So if a Jackson supporter says the pay-off didn’t mean he was guilty, then you have to ask why Jackson took the later case all the way to a court verdict.

If you’re innocent, you should take all court cases of that magnitude/importance to a verdict.

In the first incident. MJ paid the kids family of to make it go away.

In the most recent incident MJ was not found innocent, although the Duke lacrosse players were in their court case.

It was simply that there was not enough evidence to prove beyond doubt that MJ was guilty. Millions of dollars worth of lawyers tend to produce that.

The Lacrosse players produced a mountain of evidence which proved sex at all, let alone rape did not occur. They have spent the time since litigating those falsely accused them.

Jacckson, on the other hand, flew off to Bahrain - a known sex tourism spot for the NAMBLA crowd. Sex with little boys is legal there. Later MJ converted to Islam so he could spend more time there.

You can believe he is innocent all you want. You can even believe in the tooth fairy.

He was found innocent of child molestation.

No, he was found "not guilty" there is actually a difference. Sometimes the difference is small, but ask the Duke Lacross kids about the difference.

If the prosecutor sucked that bad to let a child molester go than they should have been disbarred.

Don't fire or disbar prosecutors for screwing up a case. I'll take a guilty person going free (of any crime) over an innocent person in jail for a crime they didn't commit any day of the week. Can get the guilty person again sooner or later.

Said by one of the jurors, "I think that Michael Jackson probably has molested boys...But that doesn't make him guilty of the charges in this case".

Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how it's viewed, the jury found correctly for the case presented in front of them. They did the correct thing. May not have been right, but it was correct.

"He was found innocent of murder. Period."

Period I'm afraid not! He's still a pedophile and here's why:

He was found "not guilty" for the one recent charge, but.....

By his own admission he does take little boys to bed with him and finds nothing wrong with it.

His selection criteria for bed mates - no girls (only boys) no boys younger then 10 or older than 14, and not his own children - clearly indicated a sexual criteria.

His own sister. LaToya, publicly stated that she coundn't defend what he does with little boys.

He was forced to settle a multimillion dollar suit by another little boy when the plaintiffs announced that the boy could reveal unique markings he saw on Jackson's genitals during these "innocent" sleepovers.

The media and the media driven lemmings of the American public would have no reservations calling someone who downs quart of scotch everyday an alcoholic... Or a husband who regularly checked into a motel with other women an adulterer. Ditto for gambling, prostitution, drugs, etc.

But we can't call someone who admits to regularly taking other people's little boys to bed with him a pedophile!

WHY NOT?

Simpson has nothing to do with Michael Jackson. Jackson had an all white jury and was tried in Santa Maria, far away from downtown L.A.

the mother of Jackson's "victim" was an admitted welfare cheat, shop-lifter and told Jackson her son had cancer. She also tried to shake-down Chris Tucker and Jay Leno. Both testified.

The lawyer who represented Jordan Chandler also repped the boy in the criminal case.

These people went after Jackson, but only succeeded in destroying his name forever.

Try to learn something about the subject you throw meaningless photos into.

Why don't you ask your sister how much money it would take to keep her quiet if her grandson was molested. My guess is she wouldn't think of taking any amount if it meant not going to the police. Nor would any loving parent if they thought it was true.

Jackson was advised by his lawyers to cut his losses and pay the Dad to avoid the media scandal. Jackson is the one who should have gone to police the first time money was mentioned.

Yesterday, during the memorial service, a young man named Shaheen something, sang. He was in his early teens, I imagine, and he had been a winner on an British TV singing contest. The organizer of Jackson’s comeback tour (and also his funeral) introduced the boy and told how Jackson had personally chosen him to be part of the concerts which were to be done in London. When I heard that, all I could think was how lucky this young man was that Jackson died, although he may never realize it.

My sense of some of the comments after his death, including his daughter's comments yesterday, "He was the best daddy ever" sniff sniff, is that the revisionists are going to strike first.

IMHO that was designed to set the stage. His own sister, who once declared that he was weird and that she couldn't keep silent any longer, was coaching the daughter yesterday.

If you are raped as a child, do you really think that enduring a trial with a lot of contentious adults makes anything better not worse? Having to have it known in detail what was done to you by an ever widening group of people?

Hurt children need support and therapy.

They need to be loved, and believed.

There is a time for a pound of flesh, and there is a time to seek healing.

American Dream

Across the land of plenty
With it's amber waves of grain
There are masquerading children
Who disguise a life of pain

Oh, little waifs with solemn mien
Or listless countenance
Tiptoe around the edge of life
With wide eyed vigilance

Insomnious children sit awake
Sleepless in the night
Though they have no fear of darkness
Nor affinity for light

But they hide in wakeful multitudes
From the truth that haunts their dreams
That their childhood sky has fallen
In a rain of tiny screams

They are wounded refugees from life
They have paid horrendous tolls
They have perforated spirits
And lacerated souls

Those who should have been protectors
Were AWOL from their post
The ones that should have nurtured
Were the blades that cut the most

The cavalry's not coming
There's no hero for their cause
The family home is a family hell
And there is no Santa Clause

And the lives they lead are fraught with hurt
They stumble through the dance
With each misstep they lose more hope
And gain more despondence

And the people of the towns
Avert their gaze when they walk by
(prob'ly nothing happened
God! I wish they wouldn't cry)

So the children stagger on through life
some grow up, though scarred and torn
Too many falter on the way
Alone, they die unmourned

Now for the happy ending
For the pithy moral quote
I looked but couldn't find one
So this is all I wrote

The parents did the right thing, in validating their child, showing they believed him, but moving on having gained the wherewithal for treatment.

jackson had no choice in the second case because the boy and his mother agreed to testify. In the first case the boy refused to testify because his dad's shake-down worked and they got the money.

So "you have to ask" what kind of father takes money and walks away when his child has been violated? A liar, that's what kind.

Absolutely. Fathers don’t take money in exchange for molestation, if it’s real. Jackson was an easy mark because it never occurred to him people would think the worst. He found out the hard way. Now, in spite of being in the Guiness Book of World Records for creating and donating more money than any celebrity in history and leaving a universe of music, he’ll end up as an eternal dirty joke.

By all accounts, not all of the children were selected for sleepovers, and even fewer were selected for his bed. Also by all accounts, those kids selected AND THEIR PARENTS were lavished with expensive gifts. See post-21 for his selection criteria.

I believe Chandler was the first public accuser. But the back story is plenty creepy. Divorced parents, mom had primary custody and told police she didn’t believe the allegations, dad was a dentist and aspiring screenwriter and more than $60,000 behind in his child support payments. Dad gave the boy sodium amytal during a dental procedure and supposedly asked him whether Jackson had molested him.

Trouble is, sodium amytal is also well known to produce suggestibility, so the father may have put the idea in the boy’s head, and may have done it on purpose. And frankly, any father who would use that sort of method in an honest effort to find out if his 13 year old son was being abused, is every bit as creepy as Michael Jackson. Sodium amytal is not used in legitimate abuse investigations, because it’s known not to be an effective way of getting accurate information. One of the most damning pieces of evidence against the Chandlers’ claims has gotten very little publicity: Jordan Chandler claimed that Jackson was circumcised, but when Jackson was forced to undergo a strip search to verify Jordan’s description of his genitals, it was found that Jackson was not circumcised. That’s a pretty big “mistake” for a 13 year old boy who’s claiming to have engaged in a variety of sexual acts with Jackson over a period of many months.

There’s plenty of evidence that Evan Chandler’s primary motive wasn’t justice. He was recorded saying in a phone conversation: “If I go through with this, I win big-time. There’s no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever...Michael’s career will be over.” When asked during the same conversation if he was concerned about how all this would affect his son, he replied: “That’s irrelevant to me...It will be a massacre if I don’t get what I want. It’s going to be bigger than all us put together...This man [Jackson] is going to be humiliated beyond belief...He will not sell one more record”.

"Simpson has nothing to do with Michael Jackson."

He has everything to do with the idea that just because you win in court, it doesn't mean you didn't do it.

"Try to learn something about the subject you throw meaningless photos into."

Jackson used OJ as part of the reason he paid off the family. Please try and learn something about the subject before you throw meaningless "digs" at fellow freepers. The OJ case illustrates a good point that many agree with. I don't know why you are spending so much time and effort protecting this freak:

"I have slept in a bed with many children." Asked what he does with children in his bed he says: 'When you say bed, you are thinking sexual, they make that sexual. It's not sexual. We're going to sleep, I tuck them in and I put a little music on and when it's story time I read a book.' -jackson

Except that when police forced Jackson to submit to a strip search to verify Jordan's description, it turned out to be way off. He couldn't even get something as basic as circumcised vs. not-circumcised right.

“If you’re innocent, you should take all court cases of that magnitude/importance to a verdict.”

It’s not always possible. In the Chandler case, SONY and the insurance company, as was their right to do so, FORCED MJ to settle against his wishes. He had NO choice in the matter and was devastated by it.

And, worth noting, the moment the Chandlers received $$$ from the insurance company (NOT MJ), the family took it and ran, choosing NOT to file any criminal charges against MJ, which they could have done.

The police did nothing of the sort, Jacko settled as soon as he learned that the kids shrink elicited the description from him. Jacko dared not test its accuracy - or he would have done so publicly in court WITHOUT settling for millions.

Jackson was obviously mentally unbalanced when it came to children. But it’s not at all clear that he actually molested any of the them. What IS clear is that the parents of children who were allowed to sleep over at Neverland didn’t really give a crap whether their kids got molested or not — and since they were getting money and/or valuable gifts in connection with their children’s sleepovers, this boils down to pimping their children. The parents really should have been on trial. Some of them were probably calculating right from the start that allowing their children to sleep over with Jackson would lay the foundation for get money from him via extortion, by threatening to accuse him of molesting the children, even if they had no reason to believe he actually did.

I have no idea why you're so invested in the proven lies of the case, but your use of words like "criteria" make it appear you have some agenda here.

I suppose if he had little girls sleep over, that would have been more proper. And Jordan Chandler was no tot.Give it a rest.

Everyone in show business remembers when LaToya allowed her con-artist/husband/manager to run her wasteland of a "career" and he had her posing for Playboy, holding press conferences, writing books and denouncing her family. She said he kept her drugged and abused or she never would have done any of it.

Quite a list "proof" you've got.
