In what has to be one of the greatest examples of arrogance ever on public display, President Obama and other world leaders agreed together to control - the temperature of the world! Despite a report from Obama's own Environmental Protection Agency saying the world's temperature is not warming, the world leaders - with Obama in the lead - declared they would keep the temperature of the world from rising more than 3.6F.
Obama and these other world leaders have drank the Al Gore "Global Warming" - uh, excuse me - Climate Change Koolaid. He is ready to destroy the economy of the United States in this bizarre belief that mortal man can actually control what level-headed, common sense people have always known you can't control - the weather! But for Obama, his Messiah complex is a perfect fit - even if it is laughable to all not too starry-eyed to see it. Only God knows what we are in for in the remaining 3 1/2 years of this Presidency. Americans are going to have to swallow a very bitter pill as a result of placing this man in the White House.
I leave you with a John McCain ad from last year's campaign that prophetically foretold what we are now getting from Obama. It was entitled, "The One." I wish people would have heeded it's warning . . . . (Watch Video)

The radical left is mentally sick. Now their faux world of power and control now includes MOTHER NATURE. I wonder if they are going to tax MOTHER NATURE if she does not cooperate??? If I were a braindead liberal, I would never admit to anyone I voted for this insanity.....
If they want to control the temperature of the world they better get ready to build a gigantic solar array in orbit that will control how much of the sun’s energy reaches the planet because short of that there isn’t a darned thing we can do to regulate the temperature of the planet after the energy is absorbed by the planet, the atmosphere, and the oceans.
....And giant air conditioners on every continent. Sure they would have a massive carbon “footprint”, but it wouldn’t matter since they would maintain government mandated temperature settings worldwide at all times.
Cool! Next time a violent, volcanic eruption goes off in my neighborhood at 3AM, I’ll just call Obama and his leftist freaks to come shut it off so I can get back to sleep!
“The One” promised during the campaign to control the level of the ocean. Now he will control the temperature of the globe.
What’s next? Will he raise Superman from the dead? Cure Michael Fox? Make Michael Jackson alive and black?

That's an interesting idea. Of course, they couldn't be air conditioners as we know them, since they dump the exhaust heat into the atmosphere to gain cooling in a limited space.
The thermal sink you would have to access would be, of course, space. The idea reminds me of SUNDIVER, where they use lasers to "dump the heat". I've never thought this would actually work, because the lasers are more like doing work than allowing thermal transfer. That is, I don't think they carry away the requisite entropy. Anyway ... interesting.
