Dems talked the economy DOWN for years to get elected, and now they havent got any clue how to talk it back up again...
Probably because it cannot be done.

The economy is mostly independent of what these goofballs do. Many parts of the economy are already recovering despite the best efforts of these yahoos to ruin it. Low interest rates and American productivity are helping to turn some things around; Geithner sees that and wants to claim credit for the Obama team.

Nothing good is ever going to come out of the 0 solution. Recession, depression, hyper inflation, poverty, debt, joblessness, homelessness, high taxes, decline, repression, shortages, ...are the gifts of liberal despots like 0. Communism devolves everything into an oligarchical royalty lording over the vassalage. We are on the same road Zimbabwe traveled down.

I heard he recently made a trip to the middle east. I also hear that sharia law is going to be forced upon some if not all of the major banks...
There was a recent article in foreign affairs about it...

I feel so much better now.
Of course, he didn’t actually say how many of those months.

You’re not entirely right. Saying something is other than it is may hold up for the short term. In the end, however, these houses of cards tend to collapse on themselves.
The reality is that no functional capitalist system has ever failed (we did recover from the Depression). However, history is replete with examples where command economies have either failed or have moved toward the capitalist model.

That’s a good thing since Prince Charles says we only have 96 months left.

That’s the first photo I’ve seen of Timmy smiling.
I can see why now.

Am I missing something here? The media and a large percentage of the population called 150,000+ jobs added per month a “recession” during the last administration.
So, I guess the new standard for prosperity is keeping monthly job losses under 500K per month.

“I agree with Geithner on this one, I do believe the recession will be over in a few months...”
“Few,” in this context, would be anywhere between 96 and 108.
