Do you set aside time every day to plan your day (or end of day to plan next day)? A Daily Poll.
I just updated my Outlook calendar to take this poll tomorrow.
No plan of battle survives contact with the enemy.
No plan for the day survives getting out of bed.
I plan a time to set aside time to plan my day. But I often get busy and postpone the planning until after the day has passed. This eats into time allocated for planning for days yet to come, so I often consult a therapist to review how I might better plan to plan to set aside time to plan time with my therapist to review time management. But she never seems to have enough time to explain to me how to improve my time mangement skills. However, I feel close to a breakthrough. Just a few more $200/hr. sessions, and I am sure we’ll make progress.
If it isn’t raining I go out, if it is I stay in. I sleep when I’m sleepy, eat when I’m hungry, why waste time organizing things?
I should plan to replace my Day Planner inserts from 1982.
Every time I plan, the to-do list gets so long as to make planning pointless.
