...Here's a little secret that congress isn't telling you about. Even if you won't be forced to switch to Uncle Sam Care, you will be forced to switch to Managed Care Plan so your health care can be rationed. Congress has even placed provisions in their bills to accelerate the process. .

Congress has no idea what it placed in the House bill and even less understanding of the Senate version.

No one has read it!

Eventually we are going to have to take these people out of Congress, send them to special "rest homes" with bars on the windows and heavy steel doors that make them safe, and try it again.

HOW ABOUT WE FORCE THEM INTO THE SAME MANAGED CARE B.S. THEY’RE PLANNING FOR ALL THE REST OF US??

Gee, who would have guessed it but our BETTERS — the so-called political elites who are running things (slap into the ground) in the country — HAVE EXEMPTED THEMSELVES from the “UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE” they have planned for us PEONS and PEASANTS. They — and their millions of bureaucratic minions — have a VASTLY SUPERIOR healthcare plan.

HEY — The term is UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. That means it covers the universe, i.e., the ENTIRE POPULATION. EVERYONE is covered by the SAME RULES and NOBODY is LEFT OUT!

If that IS what the Democrat political elites REALLY WANT, here’s the deal:

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

No members of Congress or ANYONE in the White House running off to Walter Reed or Bethesda for that nasty ingrown toenail, hacking cough and spitting up blood. Take a number and wait in the same line the rest of us are.

That goes for your congressional and White House children and other family members! GET IN LINE!!! That REALLY LONG ONE that ends on the other street.

And if your UNIVERSAL RULES dictate that some life-saving treatment would be too expensive or not be cost-effective for you older members, here’s a twenty (the cost of a phone call once the TARP “money” hits the system) – call someone who cares.

Oh yeah – forgot the best part: If ANY of you are found to be availing yourselves of what idiot representative Fortney “Pete” Stark (as in “raving mad) from (where else) KAHLIFONIA once called “Boutique Medicine” (cute, huh?) by bypassing the universal system, not getting that needed treatment will be the least of your problems.

Use some of those free cell phone long distance minutes and call the Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and give YOUR congresscritter a piece of your mind while it’s still legal to do so.

And if you’re one of those NPR listeners who thinks “congress is pissing away our grandkids’ legacy (BTW, it;s already GONE!), doesn’t listen to us, wastes our “money,” refuses to close the borders, deport the illegals, etc., etc., ad nauseum — BUT MY CRITTER’S ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS” — check him out at http://www.gradegov.com/. Be sure you’re sitting down.

Stay strong and remember, WE SURROUND THEM! Let’s start acting like it!!

PS: Representative Fleming of Louisiana has introduced a House Resolution REQUIRING ANY MEMBER WHO VOTES FOR UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE TO DROP HIS FULL BENEFIT GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE PLAN AND COME INTO THE NEW PLAN WITH THE REST OF US.

GO TO FLEMING’S SITE AT http://fleming.house.gov/
AND SIGN HIS PETITION (ABOUT MIDWAY DOWN THE PAGE IN THE CENTER).

WHILE YOU’RE ON THE HOUSE SITE, LET YOUR GUY KNOW YOU THINK THAT’S A GOOD THING AND HE NEEDS TO SIGN ON AS A CO-SPONSOR OF FLEMING’S BILL?

Can't we try them for treason instead? Rope and gallows would be so much cheaper, it's not like the United States can afford to take care of them, they did bankrupt the country, didn't they?

[The goal is to reduce everyone’s consumption of health care and to ensure that people have the same health-care experience, regardless of ability to pay.]

Isn’t socialism great. /sarc

It’s risky to talk about killing public officials ~ even if its for their own good and after an appropriae trial and all that, but arguing for their imprisonment tends to not rouse the interest of the Secret Service or the FBI.

[One troubling provision of the House bill compels seniors to submit to a counseling session every five years (and more often if they become sick or go into a nursing home) about alternatives for end-of-life care (House bill, p. 425-430). ]

Great! Gov’t pushed and financed euthanasia. At some point it will become coerced, as they will cut off your Social Security.

WOOO HOOO! Socialism is great! /sarc

Here's the real problem with this:

Far too many people in the USA, sadly, would want nothing more than the government to "take care" of them by running the healthcare system.

You pose this objection to these people and all of them will simply say "Good!"

I suspect the Senate and Congress are exempt from this being forced to enter this plan. Once again, do as I say and not what I do mentality.

Will never ever work. The wealthy will ALWAYS have better care than the rest of us, they can afford it. It doesn’t matter what FedGov Inc. does, and they (the “elite”) know this. The middle class and lower will suffer crappy expensive care and the “wealthy” will continue with private insurance.

Big surprise ha? what’s good for the little people certainly is not good enough for them !!!

I do believe I'd take a firearm with me to such a session and begin firing on the individual at the front desk, the scheduling clerk, and the counselors.

I mean, like if they want a serious discussion about who ought to die, that'd be the way to do it.

Stupid punks ~ wanting to talk me into dropping dead so there's more room for them ~ ain't no way.
