Is it me or is Romney turning into Mclame?.....
In the last two weeks, political commentators have expressed doubts over President Obama's time frame for healthcare reform. Meanwhile, even some Democrat lawmakers appear to be getting cold feet. In response, Obama is relentlessly pitching his plan. He has spoken about healthcare on eight out of the last nine days, and he's scheduled to hold a town hall meeting on the topic this Thursday. Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney is one of the few politicians in the country with first hand experience of steering major health care reform through the legislative process.....

Maybe they thought it would be harder to win if both guys were leaning that way on healthcare? Or because they decide that Mormons take so much crap that really have to be religious and that scares the left?

Item 1: Rush NEVER SUPPORTED OR ENDORSED ROMNEY, frequent false claims by Romney supporters to the contrary. Peruse Rush's exact words in the "three legs of the stool" speech, which is the standard "proof" offered by Romney supporters regarding Rush's so-called support. It is very cagily worded by Rush, and the actual segment, in its complete context, was NOT about Romney, it was about the shortcomings of the primary candidates. Rush did have high praise for Romney's Religion in America speech, but that praise failed to include Romney's politics, and if I remember correctly, TWICE during that show segment, when he praised the Religion in America speech, Rush stated very clearly that he was NOT endorsing Romney.
Item 2: Mark Levin gave Romney his official primary endorsement in a column as a last resort, after Thompson had dropped out, and it was very clearly written by Levin AS a last resort, as the least of the evils before us. He was not happy to be endorsing Romney, but he hated the idea of McCain or Huckabee even more.
Item 3: You may also come across claims by Romney supporters that Michael Reagan "supported" Mitt Romney, and they will show you a very flattering quote pinched out-of-context from one of Reagan's columns. Read the whole column, and you'll see that the paragraph immediately following the one they pinch, Reagan writes: "The same can be said of Rudy Giuliani." I have searched, and NOWHERE did I find an official endorsement of Romney from Reagan.
I have done my homework.
you sure have
“Romney Says To Obama On Healthcare Slow Down.....”
Typical RINO response to impending socialism/fascism.
when translated properly...it means “slow down-let me catch with you”
“catch UP with you”...sheesh!!
These are generally known (and laughed at).
Less known is that Romney has been exposed buying and awarding an 'awards'.
CASE 1: "Behind the empty gestures and deceptive rhetoric, Romney was not pro-life
or a defender of marriage by any stretch of the imagination.
He was a disaster," said O'Gorman, of the board for Massachusetts Citizens for Life.
He said Romney "deceptively" claims to have been awarded
a pro-life award from the group.
"The award Romney arranged for himself with the local Pioneer Valley Chapter
was the Mullins Award for Political Leadership, not a pro-life award
and not approved by MCFL's state board of directors," he said.
"We're blowing the whistle to warn voters
"

"Of course, I lie. Promise them ANYTHING."
