British leaders must stay up at night thinking of new ways that they can cater to Islam. Just the other day I posted that Muslims in the UK might get their own police division. Now non-Muslim female officers in two UK counties will be forced to wear headscarves upon entering a Mosque. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Wow. This is the limit. Im waiting to see if any female British cops are just going to flat out say NO. That this is DISCRIMINATION, and that it violates their freedom as women.

I don’t know if they still do, but if they do then the female cops should be made to respect that as well.
And also the police should be required to kneel and do the sign of the cross after entering the church.
Isn’t the reason for the head covering the same? the police officers are govt employees, aren’t they? I would think that the police dept has the right to enforce their dress codes. Dress codes which are probably designed to reflect certain customs in certain situations.
I’ve haven’t observed the kneeling upon entering church. That must not be done everywhere.

He also says that there are people here who say that ALL Muslims are terrorists. But when called on that, he cannot provide any evidence. He just wants attention.
I ‘get’ the point but.. I DON’T want someone making such a gesture (sign of the cross) if it is not their belief. That to me would be sacrilegious.

There are two versions of the head coverings, to match the black of a police officer’s uniform and the blue of the Police Community Support Officer uniforms.
As stated many times before, only the regular, everyday Muslims. Not the crazy murdering terrorists that use Islam as an excuse. Please try to be more accurate with your flames.

When a Police Officer in uniform goes into a mosque (or a Church or a Synogogue or a grocery store or a Marks And Spencer) he or she is not going there to pray, he is going there on POLICE BUSINESS, which is going to be some aspect of enforcing the laws of Great Britain. The Uniform of a Police Officer is a UNIFORM to project a UNIFIED and instantly identifiable image across the land, regardless of where they go.
Except now they must change their uniform when going into a mosque.
They do not put on a Yarmulke (sp?) when going into a Synogogue on Police Business.
They do not put on a Chapel Veil or Mantilla when going into a Catholic Church on Police Business.
Let’s say a female police officer is on patrol in her police vehicle and observes a violent mugging on the street, and the dirtbag runs into a mosque. Must she now look around in her vehicle, perhaps in the trunk, for where she keeps her special muslim headscarf? What if she can’t find it....does this mean that she ‘can’t’ go into the mosque and the perp goes free?
And if she follows her police instinct and just pursues the perp into the mosque without taking the three minutes required to find the scarf and put in on ‘correctly’ in accordance with the laws of Islam, can the mosque legally bar her entry now that a precedent has been set and she is violating the dress code and is ‘out of uniform’? Will she be fired or reprimanded for such an ‘offense’?
Will the homos now demand that police wear dyed-pink leather pants when going into a homosexual bath house or bar?

There is a uniform and I respect that uniform and so should the muslims.
Many muslim kids use their mosque for their getaway.
In the bradford race riots many muslims were seen running into there after they had just thrown petrol bombs at the police, they used the mosque to organise their riots against the police.
The mosque is not a place of worship alone it is a place where they do a lot more and one of those is ways to make the west into an Islamic state.

I come from salford , a council estate which has a lot of crime.
The police never bother coming round there, even busses are stopped after dark sometimes.
How about having a police presence there so the sides can come together and by the way, Salford is Manchester united turf so I expect them to wear red when they come into the area.
