Listening to Beck this morning & his interview of Michelle Malkin. Beck states even if obozo is NOT a NBC, nothing can be done.
Very disappointed with Beck on this Constitutional issue.

Is this the case before the ex-marine judge who has promised all information will be presented? No, this is the case before the ex-marine judge who promised that the case would proceed on its merits, if any. He could have thrown it out on a technicality last month but gave Taitz a second chance.
