When was the time frame when the first questions started of where Obama was born ? ... was it during his Senator campaign ? or was it until people started to question his eligibility to be President of the USA ? and when did his fake COLB so happen to show up ?
You know when someone is lying when their facts, stories don't line up, or to many happenstances.

It began back in April 2007 shortly after Obama announced his candidacy for the Presidency. Conversely, questions about John McCains’ birth origins began in 1998, and resurfaced in 2004 before resurfacing again in January 2008.

The New York Times did run a story on McCains eligibility issue, but now, the MSM has not even said a single word about McCain’s attack by libtard Birthers, the lawsuit against McCain by Hollander that he was not an NBC, OR that the Senate unanimously passed a resolution proclaiming McCain a natural-born citizen.

The Libtards were the original “Birthers,” yet not a single word of criticism has ever been said about them.

The Media need this brought to their attention, and asked, “Was the attack on McCain’s citizenship a rightwing extremist conspiracy?”

"When was the time frame when the first questions started of where Obama was born ?"

If you're asking when the hubbub actually started, I can give you the precise date: June 9, 2008. The date Jim Geraghty of the National Review suggested that Obama release his birth certificate. A lot of blogs picked up that story and ran with it; there were dozens of blog sites repeating the rumor within a couple of days.

Geraghty didn't make the rumor up himself, however. His (one) source for the rumor was an April 2008 Snopes forum thread. And that thread was based on an "article" like this one, which mentions a Kenyan birth as something of an afterthought toward the bottom (after 68 other things).

Basically, talk of a foreign birth and cover-up for Obama PRIOR to June 9, 2008 was pretty much limited to a dozen or so scattered online mentions in blogs and comments (usually as a side-mention in a longer post, not even as the subject of its own post), going back to about March 2008. A little over a year after Obama declared his candidacy.

Somebody else suggested April 2007 as the starting point, but I haven't seen anything to support that early a date. You can find the occasional earlier random post claiming that Obama was "from Kenya," but those all appear to be mistakes of fact on the part of the poster, not specific claims that the Hawaiian birth was falsified. (In other words, the equivalent of someone erroneously saying that George W. Bush was born in Texas.)

Basically, unless someone can actually produce a source showing where Obama's birthplace was questioned prior to March 2008, I wouldn't put much stake in it. I'm not saying it's impossible (there's a lot of web out there), but it certainly didn't attract much attention. The attention didn't come until June 2008.

And to illustrate that a little, this thread is the earliest Obama-related thread at FR to be tagged with 'birthcertificate' or 'certifigate.' It's a thread about a June 10, 2008 michellemalkin.com post that was directly in response to Jim Geraghty's post. If the questions had already been around for a year, don't you imagine that there would have been at least *one* FR thread on the subject?

“When was the time frame when the first questions started of where Obama was born ? “

Just a small point ... Obama stated his story of where he was born in the autobiography “Dreams of my father” back in 1995.

And he had to have a birth certificate to travel overseas to Kenya prior to that time.

So assertions and proofs of birthplace was not a new thing in 2007.
