Here is video today of former GOP Rep. Dick Armey saying that reading the Democrats' Health Care Bill is a "scary thing" because of the "growth of bureaucracy" that it would demand.
Armey then told a strong illustration of how a man who is currently on Social Security Disability is being treated by the bureaucracy that already exists. Imagine the mess that would be created by moving tens of millions more people into a Government-operated Health Care System. . . . . . (Watch Video)

What a great photo!!!!!!
LOL!!!!
Socialism and communism always is.
I miss Dick Armey
I was thinking the same thing. About to post that, when I saw your post.
Interpreting is impossible!
Better if Congress works on cutting out the $1.2 TRILLION or more currently wasted in the current system.
http://www.pwc.com/en_CZ/cz/verejna-sprava-zdravotnictvi/prices-of-excess-healthcare-spending.pdf
* - Too many tests - $210 billion wasted (thank a tort lawyer)
* - Inefficient claim processing - $210 billion - (shoddy government bureaucracy)
* - Using the ER as a clinic - $14 billion
* - Medical errors - $17 billion
* - Discharged patients too soon - $25 billion
* - Infections from hospital stays - $3 billion
Other areas of waste mentioned in the report are
1) - up to $493 billion related to risky behavior in staffing turnover
2) - $4 billion in prescriptions written on paper, and
3) - 41 billion in the over prescribing of antibiotics.
Congress (Repubs & Dems alike) doesn't want to fix the problem. They have their agenda, which is government run health care!
Allowing people to buy health insurance across state lines!
Tort reform!
Treating only emergencies in the ER for illegal immigrants, and notifying ICE on the presence of all illegals (It's the law!)
Allow generic drugs to be purchased from Canada and anywhere else, providing the FDA makes sure they are safe
Interesting how homosexual activity isn’t considered a “risky behavior” in this bill.
Odd how we NEVER see the cost of providing care to people with AIDS. Is it true if you get the virus that causes AIDS - not even the full blown disease - you get full social security benefits the rest of your life?
Even if you get the virus when you're 22 years old? Social Security payments for over 50 years?
And medicaid picks up the thousands per month in medical expenses - and it's not included as a "risky behavior"?
