Well for one, they want us to take the bait they cynically laid out. We chose not to humor them and play the game. What is it Rush says? Don’t accept the premise. We don’t accept the premise Glenn was wrong or that we even need to defend the statements.

So then We’ve made them fight on our turf which has nullified their planned attack. It’s now about freedom of speech. I make no apologies for turning their game around on them.

Second, the government is leading this attack on Beck starting at the W.H. Freedom of speach and the right to protest our government are in play. This wasn’t a random group of citizens that became outraged and formed some loose group to protest. It was organized by Obama’s people who leaned on businesses to retract support. Completely UnAmerican.

"... But it doesn't guarantee you the right to a soapbox or a megaphone or an audience. And it certainly doesn't guarantee a gigantic corporate paycheck for speaking your mind."

of course it's perfectly fine for Bill "I know everything" Maher to call American's stupid and get a fat paycheckfor it.

And what Beck said was, I submit, stupid and indefensible.

If so, Beck could be refuted. The campaign to ruin Beck's career serves as testimony that Beck's argument is not stupid and is defensible.

Free speech is a "negative" right: It prevents the government from silencing you.

Free political speech is supposed to foster debate that aids the attainment of truth. The boycott is a brutal, PC attempt to shut down all consideration of whether Obama is a racist.

The double standard being applied to Beck is itself flagrantly racist.

Sarah Palin takes to the digital pages of Facebook in praise of embattled and boycotted TV host Glenn Beck:

Embattled and boycotted? Only by advertisers who don't want to be associated with a television program that pulls in over three MILLION viewers. I'm sure a few of them are quietly calling FOX back and saying "oh, nevermind" in high pitched voices.

The first sentence was all I needed to read of the Presumptuous Pompous Piscine Putrefaction.

The liberals would try to argue that what David Letterman said about Sarah Palin’s daughter was free speech,,,, but, I would whole heatedly disagree with the liberals in that what Letterman said, has nothing to do with free speech, and more to do with having no class and being a ass end of a horse.

I guess Obama's books are chopped liver?

He clearly communicated his thoughts on white people.

I have been doing some deep thinking about everything I know about Mr 0bama and I honestly believe that one reason he refuses to allow any of his college transcripts to be made public is because he was active in the Black Panthers and/or the Weather Underground. That college professor who got arrested . . . can anyone locate the news story about that? Maybe a Soetoro or a Dunham was arrested with that Professor.

Dig through old newspaper articles . . . I have a distinct ‘tingling’ in my leg that Mr 0bama has something really really hugh that he’s hiding. And I’m series about my opinion.

They don’t call me Highly Opinionated for nuthin’.

For Newbies here, the hugh and series terms have a place in FR history.

Remember GIDEON and the 300 !!! and how GOD used them to defeat the mighty army of the Midianites.

YES! When you have the "Power" on your side, the numbers don't matter in achieving victory.

Beck converted to LDS so he could marry ... he loved his wife, she said convert .. so he did.

I have no problem with that.

Glenn is an intelligent and getting more fearless by the day man.

And I'd prefer a funny clown in the White House (have you ever known Red Skelton? .. A true patriot!), than the evil clown bozo we have now.

Does she have better than a 50-50 chance to become President someday, with the primaries and general elections and how far away the whole race is? No.

How about you put away your crystal ball and we find out for real?

And what Beck said was, I submit, stupid and indefensible. Does anyone disagree?

Is this pantload Conor Clarke an idiot? He never heard Ubama's wife claim to finally be "proud of her country" because her husband got white votes? Clarke never heard of Ubama's pastor of 20 years with his KKK America sermons? Yikes. Do a little homework, Clarke.

Why should I care what a former Governor and failed vice presidential nominee has to say? Should I care what Geraldine Ferraro has to say too?

Funny.. I was wondering why anyone should care what you say.

But he is black and if you are a liberal black, gay, or any other member of the liberal protected classes you can be rude, crass, racist, and threatening without any recourse or outrage.
