LETTER FROM THE BOSS:
As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barrack Obama is our President and that our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way. To compensate for these increases, our prices would have to increase by about 10%.
Since we cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal state of the economy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead. This has really been bothering me, since I believe we are family here and I didn't know how to choose who would have to go.
So, this is what I did. I walked through our parking lots and found exactly sixty 'Obama' bumper stickers on employees' cars and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go. I can't think of a more fair way to approach this problem.
They voted for change, I gave it to them. I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

Sounds like a fair way to deal with change.
Unfortunately the majority of the employees at my business are a bunch of liberals who support the president and almost everything including his health care plan.
My business has been providing some of the best health insurance coverage you can get for many years.
If Obama gets his way, I’ll be tempted to dump them all into the public option, and take the generous savings home.
You would be a fool to do anything else.
From what I have read, if you dump them in the public option, you still pay... heavily. Though it also seems that most policies are illegal, forcing everyone into the public option and the employers to pay.
I’m loving it!
As an employer, he will still pay. But his employees will be on the public option, which is not going to be anything as good as what they have now. They wanted change, he should give it to them.
Unfortunately, the way it will actually work is that the charges for the public option will only be low until all private health insurers are gone.
After that, the employer will pay more money for less coverage, and be subsidizing ACORN and other featherbedders occupying no-work civil service jobs at the "public option" agency.
