I stopped listening to blind posts like this a long time ago. Two many blog traps etc. Would maybe consider following this one if you give me an idea what it is about.

I will try to post another post with some explanation but the whole thing is so dense..difficult to give a good synopsis.

Ok, as a public service, I followed the blind link. RE: Citizen grand juries.
Very slow unfolding. If you want to sue gov (local or fed) you have to sue them as a foreign state via the 11th amendment. This guest speaker challenged it (circuitous explanation)and turned the tables, now the challenger is protected by 11th amendment. He went to DC, filed paperwork, talked to congressional types, went to federal court asking WHERE is the constitutional court? The federal court clerk laughed when he asked where the constitutional court was, and said this WAS a constitutional court. He refuted her - because the court had discarded his paperwork, they could not claim to be a consitutional court. (Sorry - I don’t get much of this and this is a rough translation).
The court clerk directed him to the DC superior court. That court claims to be a community court. He asked some question via phone, asking if the court had ever had a court case of a citizen suing (federal case) a congressmen. Court said yes.
He then filed suit against most of the courts for a variety of charges. Against the U.S., Federal, Foreign, Legistlative, Executive branch against them as if they are corporations.
He filed criminal suits (hate crimes etc.). The DC superior court tried to stop him - you can’t sue the government. He said yes I can because I am suing the corporation or entities of the government (a technical element of the constitution). 1856 act allows private attorney general status to citizens. This man is claiming private attorney general status to sue the corp. of the US. The court management said he couldn’t file suit because it is a state court. This man refuted him by citing federal officers manning the court. The management then said that court doestn’ have jurisdiction - this guest speaker refuted them with legal documentation. Management was refuted by this man with other documentation in further attempts to turn back this filing of paperwork.
The court refused the paperwork that was criminal and said it had to be civil. He changed the paperwork and went back to the court. Management said he would have to server every defendant (hundreds - members of congress, president etc.) so this man asked for approx. 2500 summons. Management declined and suggested he file against the US corporation so that Eric Holder would have to respond to it. So this man and his colleagues did so.
THis man is a radio guy - a listener from TX told him to check the Fed archives to look at the constitution.
DC circuit court clerk noted that is paperwork correctly identified the US corporation and its employees etc. Second clerk confirmed that paperwork was correct for the purpose of suing the US government as a corporation. Clerk stamped his suit and gave him an info packet.
During the wait - another woman arrived angry and said that she wanted to sue the US and was turned away because you cannot sue the government - the clerk knew that men were sitting there to sue the government as a corporation but did not tell this woman that she needed to sue the US as a corp instead of a government.
His hearing date, on the paperwork he received, was described as the option of having hearing date OR financial settlement instead. He confirmed with others in the court waiting to file that they had never seen an offer for a financial settlement.
This guy has not received a gag order yet. He is issuing a challenge to the court to define the US as a foreign corporation. I apologize for my poor transcription - this is vague but my attempt to capture the jist of this broadcast.
It continues after this point, refers to Hague and posits that the US never won a court case in the Hague because only a sovereign nation can go before the court and the US is defined legally thus far as a corp.
Thus far, pursuing this winding, blind broadcast confirms for me that I will not follow blind links like this. The broadcast continues and has more info - I am bailing out now.

i listen to the entire thing but you need to spell it out in your title. they are attempting to sue the gov for operating outside the law i think
Thank you so much for listening and not insulting me. I have no idea what to think of it but frankly, if these people on blog radio are total nuts and invented all what they say, then I apologize and if a moderator can take off that post that will be good.
If really it is the case, then these people have a huge imagination - indeed.
He is right about something, There are actually embassies for the United States within the United States. I remember this from my Civil Education Class back in High School.
They talked about where if you wanted to correspond with the US Gov you go to the US Embassy.

I can’t find any reference to these embassies anymore. I know one of them was in New York City.
I know for a fact this existed though, I remember getting the answer to this wrong on my test in High School.
Oh, one more thing. The broadcast is about 1 hour in length.

I recall when I was in school, that the US had missions/embassies in the states / regions.
There is something to the foreign government thing.
From my history classes, the US government was looked at as a union not a government and DC was a foreign country.
This was before the civil war, but even after they had these missions and embassies. I am not a good history buff, but I do have a good memory.

And it’s so important, no transcript or synopsis exists. You are not to inquire about the topic under discussion (legal pleadings) or the length of the broadcast (about one hour) or the speakers involved. Just do as you are told and listen. Because it’s urgent even though the speaker says, near the end of the hour long broadcast, that he has a court date in NOvember, so we all are instructed to listen TODAY - that way all of us, without knowing the background or ultimate goal of this legal pursuit, will also be completely unable to give a synopsis of what it was about. But - the poster did tell us it was good for us (i.e. we can learn some history) and that we must listen before we comment so let’s all just do as we’re told!
