I live off base during C school. I was there two years. Sonar School is a small base beside NTC. All the sub stuff is moved to Groton now. I left there and spent 4 years on pier 22 Norfolk, VA. Point Loma is for west coast. I was east coast.

that brings back some memories, and the new STS’s will never experience that. They moved Sub Sonar school back to Groton in 95!

A lobster roll is lobster dressed with mayo and placed in a New England style hotdog bun that has been toasted in butter. Some places dress the lobster in hot butter. Droooool!

I fixed the power supply for the FTs on ours. They didn’t know what a zener diode was. They worked on it three days until they asked for help. It took me 10 minutes.

When my oldest son drops in, we hit the park early for a fish taco dinner. Then, dogs at the 7th inning stretch.

Good times, even though the Padres stink.

With some of their best players out with injuries for months
didn’t help. It is given a chance for some of the younger players to get a shake out.
Chargers looooking good.

Well, friend, if you are ever down east, around Kennebunkport, ME, make sure you stop at the Clam Shack. Best lobster rolls and fried clams EVER...in the history of western civilization.

I'm jes' sayin'...
