HR2749 The Food and Safety Enhancement Act coming up for VOTE in SENATE. BEWARE THE RESULTS!
Canada Free Press ^ | 09/04/09 | kackikat

Posted on 09/03/2009 7:09:51 PM PDT by Kackikat

According to Gunny G Online: “This astounding control will include the elimination of organic farming by eliminating manure, mandating GMO animal feed, imposing animal drugs, and ordering applications of petrochemical fertilizers and pesticides. Farmers, thus, will be locked not only into the industrialization of once normal and organic farms but into the forced purchase of industry’s products.”

HR 2749 creates severe criminal and civil penalties, including prison terms of up to 10 years and/or fines of up to $100,000 for each violation. Does it include judicial review, Congressional oversight, a defined and limited set of penalties and punishments for a defined set of “crimes”? Not even. The so called Food Safety Bill hands carte blanch enforcement to the whims of Obama’s Food Czar.

Michael Taylor, The Food Safety CZAR is not about food safety but controlling what we eat, and not allowing us to grow it ourselves, or buy it from the local FARMERS MARKET, or FARM/ORCHARD.

http://www.natural-health-information-centre.com/codex-alimentarius.html

This bill is tied in with the far left groups, who stand to benefit HUGE FINANCIAL GAINS, such as Al Gore's son-in-law Andrew Schiff (whose gr gr grandfather Jacob Schiff was tied to Rockefeller Syndicate and I G FARBEN), and if you know history I G Farben was the Nazi "state within a state", formed from 6 chemical companies that Schiff managed to get the financing lined up to help Germany. ( a little research might be enlightening.) One example already accomplished in this area of FDA and gov't control is this past year of natural products is the FDA made the natural supplement vitamen B6 a DRUG, only distributed by prescription. WE MUST DEFEAT the Food and Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 in Senate coming up soon for a vote, or not be able to grow our own food, or buy from local farmers markets, etc. It does not exempt home gardens, local farmers, farmets markets, or small businesses under 25-50 employees...it will bankrupt them and us. The cost of food will be unbelievable!

This is just as bad as healthcare bill, or worse...look at the punishment for violating this bill! We are dealing with CZARS out to destroy us, not help us...please read, and pass it on, and write your Congress Representatives to vote NO, or get exemptions in the bill NOW. The vote is looming soon in Senate, maybe Sept09. N

HERE IS BIO QUOTE ON ANDREW SCHIFF (son-in-law of Al Gore) Note the SOROS connection: "Dr. Andrew N. Schiff is a Managing Partner at Aisling Capital. He joined Perseus-Soros Biopharmaceutical Fund (Fund I) in September 1999 and has served as a Managing Partner since 2002. In addition, Dr. Schiff is also a Partner of Kuhn, Loeb & Co. Since June 1990, he has practiced internal medicine at The New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he maintains his position as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine. He has been a Director of Adams Laboratories, Inc. since ... 2001. Dr. Schiff currently serves on the Board of Directors of ARMGO Pharma, Inc., Planet Technologies Inc., SkinMedica Inc., Sirion Therapeutics Inc., Dynova Laboratories, Inc., and Henry Street Settlement. He had been a Director of Barrier Therapeutics Inc. since May 2002 and Member of the Compensation Committee and Audit Committee. Dr. Schiff had been a Director of Myogen Inc. since December 2001 and Member of the Compensation Committee. He served as a Director of Zanett Inc. from October 2000 to September 2004 and was a Member of its Audit Committee. This is really getting scary. There were some threads about a month ago about how the government was planning on taking over the food industry.

Check the CFR meetings and I think she was there last year, if not, then maybe she just did not understand. CFR would promote this as good thing, but it’s NOT.

I also remember reading about a bill that bottom line no gardens unless the food czar approves and it would shut down GNC products because they are not FDA approved.

Is this the bill?

If you research history, all communist regimes kill off millions, or at least a large portion of their population if small country, when they takeover. Usually the dissendents or certain groups....check it out.

YES, it passed the HOUSE< and is headed for Senate in Sept09 I believe, and the HEALTHCARE has been so important, that this is slipping by. It must be addressed now, or we could end up in prison for gardening.

The cost of our food will skyrocket, and only the gov’t chosen corporations will be able to grow our food....based on BS in this bill, and Codex Ameriterius (see link), which is global food control among other things.

McCotter voted for Obama’s servitude act, too.

As a former criminal justice instructor, it is clear to me that anything NOT EXEMPTED in LAW can be fined and treated same as bad companies...that includes personal gardens, farmers markets, small farms that depend on selling produce.
Living in a rural area means using local produce, this could cause that to end...just look at paperwork involved and inspections that could end so many small businesses and farms from operating. Not to mention how one fine could cost you everything.

Think of environmentalists and what they have been able to do with water and wetland legislation. WE are in WARS WITHOUT GUNS AGAINST AMERICANS...and they do it not to be charged with treason!

Tell Bachman to check on WHO/COMPANIES get the contracts to grow food, and who is exempted and who isn’t....we must protect ourselves for future access to growing our own food if necessary.
Beware the global watchdog Codex Alimentarius, and check on I G Farben/codex in germany in WWII.

The object is to get rural people off their land because it has strategic military importance. Think Red v Blue. Think people that cling to guns and their religion. Think cutting off irrigation water in California’s Central Valley. It’s rural cleansing and it is going on now with no one watching.
