Over 200 'kids' in Chicago have died in shootings this year. The West and South sides of Chicago are officially more dangerous than Baghdad or Kabul. Most of the 'kids' who were black and most of them were shot by other black 'kids'.

Were the Columbine kids even “suburban?” I thought they were more country/white trashy (like me when I was a kid). I don’t know, but I seem to remember seeing that at least one lived out on some land.
