I would say the msm is a sewer of misinformation. You can start with msnbc and cnn for openers.

Predictable.

Maybe they could just rerun some old episodes warning about Rush Limbaugh.

It would have been nice if at least one person on the panel said something along the lines of, “If it hadn’t been for the internet, no one would have heard about Van Jones and his wackiness.”

Such sore losers.

Nobody’s buying their song and dance.

the fine, fine Howard Dean was on Fox News Sunday saying poor Van Jones, someone shoved a clipboard in front of him and he didn’t know what he was signing.

Nobody’s buying any of this. We have entirely too much common sense out here in la-la land...unlike in the cocktail parlors of DC where they have none.

I miss Tim Russert. Compared to Gregory, he was a moderate. These MSM celebrities need to recognize they no longer have a lock on the news. And we need to thank God for the internet. Just imagine where we would be without it. The Communist-Green, former Jobs Czar was caught being himself and that’s all. I wonder if anyone at the next Presidential a$$-kissing press conference will even ask Gibbs a question about the resignation.

The MSM has morphed from a liberal bias, to complete shills for the left, to advocates of suppression of press views they don’t agree with. If Obama declared a trumped up national emergency; suspended the bill of rights; imprisoned political opponents; and shut down Fox News and conservative talk radio. . . the ABCCBSNBC/NYTimes/WaPost media shills would cheer the One for taking tough measures to save the country.

"Open sewer," or "fountain of America's Founders' ideas"--guess it's all in what your world view is.

The TEA Partiers and Town Hallers seem to have been using the Internet for refreshing their minds on the "ideas of liberty" and understand that expansion of government's coercive power by elected and unelected officials in Washington is not what the Founders had in mind.

The fact that Mark Levin's "Tyranny and Liberty" is high on the bestseller list for so long is another indication that ordinary American citizens are reading and using web sites where their founding documents and the Founders' writings are enlightening their minds.

They are pissed off because they no longer control the debate. Moreover, the truth has a ring to it. If someone is full of it, then they will eventually lose the majority of followers. Thus, this is why NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, Washington Post, NY Times, etc are losing numbers fast because they make flat out lies like in this video.

If what people said about Van Jones is so wrong. Let’s challenge them point by point and then let the people decide. Van Jones was on tape multiple times. How they (media/papers) can say this is not true is beyond me?

Bottom line. These people in the media and press for the most part (as displayed on this panel) are control freaks. They want to control your life because they are elitist. They believe they are smarter than anyone else, and want to force you to do things that you do not want to do. It’s because they are Psychos, Atheist and Perverts. Liberalism/Socialism/Communism is a mental disorder.

Glenn asked the questions about Jones that MTP and their gaggle wouldn’t ask about Obama during the election.

Aside from FNC, not one news outlet referred to Jones as a self avowed Communist.

There was nothing but spin everywhere this morning but Fox News. You should expect that by now. The MSM is a willing socialist propaganda arm of the radical communists trying to “change” our free nation.

I have to admit, the MSM is making their bias very obvious now. Anybody who cant see the bias in the media is wilfully blind, which is probably accounts for 40% of this nation.

Don’t you know spin when you see it? This isn’t about truth. This is the same as Bill Clinton being caught perjuring himself and obstructing justice, and the MSM saying “this is just about sex, it is only between him and his wife”.

For 20 years, the MSM has been a direct propaganda arm of the Socialist Democrats and provide spin and cover for every sin of the left. You aren’t used to that by now?

We have the best weapon against it in years - the internet and conservative radio.

Funny how they go on a rant against the internet and bloggers, but completely ignore the hard, factual evidence against Van Jones. They're so fake that it isn't even funny. And some people actually believe them.

If it's misinformation, why did he quit?

Exactly! The SRM's ubiquitous explanation today is preposterous on its face. To take their logic at face value: if the criticism of Jones was based on nothing more than unfiltered, slanderous lies from a bunch of worthless sewer-dwelling right wing online nuts, why in heaven's name would he "resign"? The deadstream media hadn't even covered Jones' ignominious history at all. Most American's hadn't even heard of him until today because the dinosaur networks chose to sweep the controversy under the rug entirely as per their usual protocol of devoted service to this administration.

Which in turn begs the question: why would the most powerful man in the world Barack Obama even consider accepting the "resignation" of one of his own friends & appointees who'd been allegedly victimized by an unwarranted attack by the fringe right wing as they are all now claiming? Would this President cave in immediately, submissively raise the white flag and demand his Vice president resign the minute someone else, say the North Koreans, started to throw around 'baseless' allegations about him too?

Do these kool-aid swilling fools on MTP have any idea how ridiculous they sound? In their effort to minimize Jones' patently bigoted & extremist ideology, they're actually making their messaiah Barack Obama look like a paintywaisted wimp who does the bidding of an alleged small band of right wing internet thugs the minute they say 'boo'! Is that nuts or what?

“Tom Brokaw says (journalists) “have to test information.”

So Tom, why don’t you practice journalism and point to one thing that was said about Van Jones that wasn’t factual? Or are you simply buying at face value the Democratic line that Jones didn’t know what he was signing when he was on that organizing committee?

Tom, not everybody is a gullible as you apparently are.

Well, they got the “untreated” and “unfiltered” right.
Thank goodness for that.
What’s even more stunning is what the MSM doesn’t cover at all. At least the “sewer of information” told us all about Val Jones, MSM didn’t. That’s important and that says it all about MSM. Gone are the days that they control news.

Perhaps the MSM can tell us exactly what news in this internet “sewer” is in error or consists of lies and exagerations about Jones and his supporters in the office of POTUS.

It DID die with Tim Russert. The show in its place appeases liberals but is nothing remotely close to the show Tim so professionally and fairly presented to viewers. It may bear the same name, but is not remotely in any way the same quality of news show, nor does it aspire to be.
