Here is video of Rick Santorum talking with Greta Van Susteren about Obama attacking Sarah Palin and Death Panels as a "Lie" during his speech to the Joint Session of Congress.
Greta actually read from the bill where under "Advanced Care Planning Consultation" there is a mandatory provision where people will have a "review" every five years, and if your health status changes the "review" can be accelerated. (Watch Video)

Sounds like a death panel to me. I hope this isn’t one of those Slick Willie “what is, is” things.
Yep, "Duck rule" applies here...
Or a little Billy Shakespeare if you will, "A rose by any other name".

And then there's his pro-death stance regarding Terri Shiavo. In Zero's own words.....
"According to LifeSite News, Obama also said during an April 2007 debate that he should have fought to cut off Schiavo's food and water earlier.
And I think I should have stayed in the Senate and fought more for making sure [that Schiavo's parents were not allowed to pursue arguments in federal court]," LifeSite quoted Obama saying in the previous debate."

as i watched the episode... i couldn’t help but think that these people have no experience with government run agencies.
my father was an employer for decades. when he was 50, he severely hurt his back. so much so, that he could not walk for more then 10-15 minutes without having to sit down. being an auto mechanic by trade, this hurt his ability to run his company... so he retired.
at that point, he was told that since he was disabled, as determined by VA and private doctors, he should apply for SSDI... social security disability insurance. when he applied, he was immediately rejected. how is that possible? so he applied again... rejected again. this made no sense to his non-cynical side (but being ex-navy and a savvy businessman, he understood government).
next stop were the lawyers. after 6 years of lawyers attempts to get the SSDI to pay off, they finally gave up and decided to wait a few more years and he would get his social security @ 63.
in the end, the government ‘rationed’ his care and denied him the benefits he should have received, having paid significantly more for social security then most people (matching social security payments for ~10 people over 20 years is no small potatoes)
these are the types of cases people should understand when contemplating whether or not the government should run your health care.
as soon as they get the ability to say ‘no’ to any service, you have no right to it. you are beholden to ‘the man.’
will there be ‘death panels’? yes. guaranteed.
You mentioned the Terry Schiavo case. As an aside (and pending better info), I think "schiavo" is an Italian spelling of the word "Slav", which actually means "slave". They were so called because the Southern Slavs were so heavily preyed upon by Turkish and Arab slave-traders, that people and institution came to be known by the same word.
That Obama would drop vote to drop the hammer on such a person is rather ironic, methinks.
Death Czar.
Nice!
