The first pics of the much anticipated Jimmy Choo for H&M collaboration have leaked out. As it was announced, the menswear and mens accessories will also hit the stores when the whole collection launches on November 14, 2009. The folks over at mencloset.com have a sneak preview of the mens clothes, belts, shoes and bags which look so surprisingly cool, well probably grab something for ourselves.

These two have already come out of the closet.
That's better
Shoo, Choo.
I've been waiting for sooooo long for a decent looking bag...now, Jimmy has come through for me!
Sheesh!
Gimme a freakin' break, here.
What's that "H & M" stand for?
Homosexual and Metrosexual?
Jimmy Choo is an amazing story. Started by a very enterprising young woman Tamara Mellon. Knew nothing about the shoe business just assumed that cobbler Choo did. He did not. She has achieved great success.
Obviously there are no hairstylists or barbers inside that closet.
Last time I saw a suit like that the guy wearing it was closing the lid on Grandma.

You mean Jimmy Choo isn’t selling enough shoes because of the pricing?
Otherwise, I’d say their pricing model is working just fine.
Wash your hair, boys!
No. I mean they freak'n expensive. I could care less if they're selling or not. Would you spend 600 bucks on a pair of shoes?
I had never heard of the designer until late last year, when I made the mistake of going shopping with the girlfriend. One idiot salesman (the -man part was questionable) in the store asked me if I knew Jimmy Choo (I’m of Chinese descent); I asked him if he knew Michael Jackson.
That being said, I did like the slim cut of the suits. However, the cut is more like what my dad wore during WW 2 - the size 42 suit has waist size 34 trousers (pretty trim) - when people didn’t eat much.
No.
But I spend about $170 every five years for my favorite Johnston and Murphy dress saddles. Nothing particularly stylistic about them, just damn good shoes (when you can find them).
Now, if I had an extra toe or something, I’d probably have to buy $600 shoes.
HAHAHAHA
That’s a funny story, your thinking that he thought you knew Jimmy Choo because of your being Chinese.
Hers & Men!!!
Actually it is “Hennes & Mauritz, started in Sweden. When I worked in Sweden in the sixties it was an upcoming modest size business nation wide. Hennes means “Hers”!!!
A man purse....sheesh.
