As I understand it. The judge decided not to go for the sanction. And Orly’s client bowed out and said that she never authorized and appeal. Well that is what I read.

I predicted back in March that the lefty judge Robertson would not sanction Hemenway for fear that it would give him standing on appeal. Robertson did end up swallowing his balls.

My secret sources have just given me an update on new documents to be filed, they think, in one of Orly’s cases. I can not get a copy, but the contents were cut and pasted to an email I received:

I made a typo in the subject line..the TITLE...where I fat fingered ‘records’ in combination with my keyboard sticking. That is what has been the topic of an astonishing amount of brain thrashing it seems.
I did not touch, alter or in any way ‘color’ the content of the blog post from lame cherry....it is copied and pasted ‘as is’—any typos or grammatical imperfections were intact originally...go to the link I included and see for yourself since it appears to be nagging you.
