An exclusive interview with Daniel Miller, President of The Texas Nationalist Movement

The Texas Nationalist Movement supports Texas secession, and the establishment of a free and independent Texas.

This movement has garnered an amazing amount of attention and has resulted in some very, let’s call it lively, commentary. One of the themes repeated often in the negative commentary is that the Texas Nationalist Movement is motivated by racism and a hate specifically for Barack Obama. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, the TNM is not an Obama thing. It’s not a Democrat thing. It’s not a GOP thing. It’s a freedom thing.

Would The Republic of Texas be willing to repatriate native Texans who were foolish enough to move out of the state years ago? Would Texas allow native Texan’s non-native Texan families move there and become Texans too, or at least become resident aliens?
Would green cards be available?

This gives fresh meaning to “Gone to Texas”

Canada's oil and gas are in Alberta. That's cool. Ontario is where the Canadian left reigns supreme. There and Quebec.

Texas is not going to secede. In the first place, there is no place in the Texas constitution for this to happen. The most Texas can do is form three other states. Plus, no one with any common sense wants Texas to “secede”. This makes us look foolish. To be kind.
