Thanks for posting this update from Leo as my system is getting crashed with an apparently fake McAfee SiteAdvisor warning (Leo's site shows clean with no complaints on the actual SiteAdvisor webpage). I would be interested if anyone else is having this problem as it could be an Obot denial of service...for me anyway!

"In response to a direct question from WND, the Hawaii Department of Health refused to authenticate either of the two versions of President Obama's short-form Certificate of Live Birth, or COLB, posted online – neither the image produced by the Obama campaign nor the images released by FactCheck.org.

Janice Okubo, the public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, also had no explanation for why Dr. Chiyome Fukino's initial press release last October and subsequent press release last week also avoided declaring the posted images to be of authentic documents.

In June 2008, Ben LaBolt, an Obama campaign spokesman, released the initial short-form Obama COLB to various newspapers, including the Los Angeles Times, declaring, "This is Sen. Obama's birth certificate." "

Ahh but the Obama campaign released the fake COLB in June 2008. So his campaign aka Hussein too - engaged in fraud if it is a fake. I already knew that but it bears repeating.

You will have to as Leo, but the way i am reading his answer to my ? is if the right of privacy is waived , shouldn’t anyone who pays the fee be able to get the COLB or the long form BC ?

Here are some thoughts on the potential media spin on this . . .

Caught Between Barrack and a Hard Place:
The Hawaii Dept of Health's Triangle of Pain:

1. The statutes—dictating what must be withheld to protect individual privacy and what must be released to serve the public interest
2. Those among the public who question the President’s eligibility—relentlessly insisting that Hawaii DoH still must reveal more info, filing requests, registering complaints and threatening litigation
3. The Transparency President®—Refusing ad infinitum to waive any rights to privacy with regard to his Hawaii records

If the TerriK advance (or any other like it) begins to gain ground and especially if media sources take notice, I suspect we will see a portrayal of the HDoH that reads something like this:

“Consider Dr. Fukino and her support staff. Is it fair for them to be embattled this way? For months they have been daily besieged by the conspiracy theorist whackos who have irresponsibly ignored the simple facts and continue to senselessly badger the Department of Health personnel, crushing those innocent civil servants beneath a wave of endless clamoring for the mythical secret records they just know will prove a foreign usurper was vaunted into office by a seething, decades-old, nefarious international conspiracy. Until the nutjobs are fined or disciplined, the the DoH officials will never be able to return to the jobs they are being paid to do.”

If we are to have any influence on a media machine that will be bound and determined to garner sympathy for Fukino, Okubo, et al., we might do well to constantly remind them of the how the Transparency President® with a single quick act could offer immediate relief to the pressure being felt by their offices. The stories should read more like this:

“Why must he continue to subject them to agonizing over releasing cryptic public statements about him? Why must he keep forcing them to somehow weather the gathering storm of civilians and soldiers who are confused about why the man-who-has-nothing-to-hide will not provide open access to his simple long-form birth certificate and other vital records on file with the State of Hawaii? Why must they wrangle endlessly about what they can and can’t say, constantly soliciting costly legal advice and always worrying about contradicting established standards or else creating unwanted precedents for the future? Why does our president have no compassion for these public servants given the excruciating plight he has disinterestedly unleashed against them? Why does he hate them so? Why?”

Most likely it’s not phony. What makes this possible is Fukino’s statment that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen. Which he isn’t. Because she made that statment, all the documents that she used to make that determination are now available to the People through UIPA requests, by HAWAIIAN STATE LAW and the DoH is breaking that law by refusing to release them.

Thank you for clarifying it for me. It is complex and I was a bit confused. I am waiting for Leo and TerriK to do their work with the state of HI.

If at the end they are still getting jerked around - we need to get millions of Americans or at least hudreds of thousands requesting (demanding) the documents.

If Hawaii keeps playing games we need to harm their tourism business with a boycott. The economy is going to get worse so their tourism business will be tanking more.
