Do you know the status of John Charlton regarding the recent request to the State of HI citing 338-18 (d) ?

No, I don't know the status of his request - it was only posted today and I was surprised at how many people are really hitting HI with requests.

I am curious as I intend on writing the State myself and would like to reference your request and/or any reply you may have received. I have also been corresponded with the OIP and Okubo. Thx.

I'm sure Miss Trickly and Donofrio would love to have all the support they can get in bombarding them with requests. It seems to be unnerving them.

He was speaking of Obama's father. It was all reported in WorldNetDaily, the burning bush of all things Birther related. How could you have missed it? Link

John Charlton’s request to the State of HI was posted last week on the Right Side of Life site. It is already several days old. I don’t know if it made Leo’s site or not, but seemed to be very compelling as it zeroed in on 338-18 (d) VERY specifically and asked for DoH to address the requests in light of 338-18 (d)!

I saw John Charlton at top of this article so I thought there was a connection. Is he a FR member ? Can he be contacted via FR ? I ‘assume’ John Charlton is his code name (?)

This Kenya police shake-up happened just after Lucas revealed the clear copy of the BC and swore out an affidavit that he paid off a “military official” (hey, could be police official) to look the other way while he obtained the BC. If Lucas is telling the truth, and the Kenya police were supposed to be protecting the records, they would be in trouble.

The BC is more valuable to hold over Obama for bribes and blackmail than it would be to release, I suspect.

Kenya could force Obama to pay lots of money indefinitely or to take actions that he wouldn't otherwise take. That is why it is so important that the President not be susceptible to blackmail, supposedly all part of the vetting process.

I have written the heavy hitters (Red Steel, BP2, etc.) and no one seems to know why we can’t reach the administrator who purportedly signed Smith’s doc...and this includes the LEFT too ! NO ONE has debunked this thing yet ? ! Not even ONE other 1961 BC to see if footprints were customary ?

Wasn’t it odd that Hillary was there in a heartbeat ? I NEVER heard a valid reason why she just happened to be in Kenya immediately after Smith releasing his doc !

My clear impression was that Conan's comedy team dubbed a fake Big Bird voice for the satirical Tonight Show version of Sesame Street, but that is still huge, since Conan is on GE's NBC. This AM Dylan Ratigan was on MSNBC hammering the congress including prominently the Dems.

I am wondering if Immelt is ticked off that Obama has canceled the GE “second source” for the F-35 fighter engine. As to Helton Maganga or anything in Kenya the corruption is massive, so whether anyone could get access to Maganga or any comparative documents in Kenya would be totally in the control of corrupt politicians and the new police chief. Corsi was told he would be killed if he went back, according to him.

BTW, just yesterday BBC ran a story that since Kenya had failed to investigate the mass murders committed after Obama's cousin Odingo lost the election the the International Criminal Court would be taking over the investigation. The result, if it embarasses or takes down Odinga, could embarass Obama and perhaps reduce protection Obama is receiving in Kenya, but who can say?

The one fact remains, Obama is the son of a Kenyan citizen, and was thus born a Kenyan boy. His father would be proud. We need to respect that. Maybe put the Kenyan flag in the whitehouse.
