Here is video of Michigan GOP Rep. Candace Miller giving the Weekly Republican Address. She says the Democrats are "living on a different planet" from where American families are living. Their desire is to slam Americans with a "job-killing agenda" that includes their Cap and Trade proposal that would cost American households $1,700 a year in increased electric costs and higher gasoline prices. This, at a time of high unemployment. . . (VIDEO)

I am SO GLAD she said this...they really are living on a different planet...either that or they are willing to ignore the genuine beliefs of their constituents that health care should be LEFT ALONE.

When crap and trade hits the fan, it will signal the demise of the economy (what is left of it) and plunge us into another Depression. A lot of “luxury” establishments will go under..restaurants like Montanas, Applebess, Ruth’s Chris steakhouse, Outback, etc. Not to mention amusement parks, theaters, and the like. Theaters in the first Depression actually were very profitable, since people went to forget about their pains, problems and crises but with the advent of the internet, usenet, etc people will simply download what they want to see. Needless to say, ISPs will flourish.

Most, if not all individuals of the political class are card carrying members of the Clown Universe; currently being led by O’Bobo.

She might be having premonition of what is to come. I am in Sweden. A dinner at a casual restaurant like an Applebee's cost as much as a "luxury" meal in the United States.

$1,700.00 a year comes out to a bit over $140.00 a month. I’m having a hard enough time paying my electric bill right now, I sure as heck can’t afford for it to be more than doubled.
