It does not take a rocket scientist to work out that we live in a very different world to our grandparents and great grandparents when in their day, a firm handshake or a word were binding contracts. In that world, most people never made a transaction without having money to cover the purchase. They preferred to live without, rather than go into enormous debt.
Not so long ago, young children could walk down their street without adult supervision and be safe and people could keep their cars motors running while they popped into their local stores to pay their bills. It was a time when the aged could leave their houses unlocked while they toiled in their big back yards and it was a time when a person who worked for an honest days wage could save up to buy a house.

Liberalism
When we fired the “keeper of the springs” (God), and decided to “make it on our own”.
We stopped putting crooks in jail and executing those who deserved it in a timely manner.
Pedophiles = death
The world has come to a point in time that they feel like they don’t need God in their lives, so they are pushing Him out. When there is no goodness of God, satan fills His place with evil for all!! Sadly, it’s only going to get worse!
Few people today appreciate that the food that they nourish their bodies with is a Blessing from God. How often do you see folks taking a moment to give thanks for a meal? I'll bet that it is fairly seldom. Why?
Probably because that thanks to huge grocery stores and government safety nets like food stamps and welfare, many who work for their food credit their own labor for the ability to purchase from the store, and those who refuse to work credit the government. Honesty and integrity no longer determine whether a person can count on the help of his neighbors during hard times, and few communities have to share the difficulties of a crop failure.
To me, it is about realizing where our food ultimately comes from, and giving due credit and sincere thanks.
When the shelves at the grocery store are bare, or the food we are used to buying is expensive enough to be considered a luxury item (and I believe it soon will be!), I think we will see many folks insist upon a more civilized society, and a whole lot more people giving proper credit and thanks for their nourishment.
Just my $.02 worth. Your mileage may vary.
AMEN!
So true.
Not to worry...When God wakes up from this present dream, we'll all be gone.....We ARE HIS creations....
