Danish News: Obama's Arrogance Turned Off IOC

Now we know why Chicago lost out-- The IOC did not appreciate Obama's arrogance.

Don Surber posted the translation from the Danish website Berlingske:

“The fact that Barack Obama came, could not do it. I think he lacked emotion, it seemed too empty and business-like. When Tony Blair promoted London he was around three days to lobby and talk to people. You can not just come with the train one day and try to affect everything. People have felt that it was a lack of respect for the Olympics and sport in general. I think people felt it was too business-like to get into the way we have now seen it many times, and you would have feelings back.”

Hans Bonde, professor of sport history at the University of Copenhagen, told the newspaper: “Here come the media favorite Obama just before the deadline and made showoff. He clearly won the battle in the media, but it turned out indeed to be indifferent. IOC members did not feel important, and they were indeed reduced to spectators and not players."

"One of the voting members said Obama gave the worst boring presentation of all". There was no indication who it was

Little more than a cardboard cutout - and he used his teleprompters!

He read his speech - and it was all about me me me me me.

So was hers.

These two are so far 'under their pay grade.

They're playing with the big boys now, and they are fooling no one - but themselves.

Sad day for America.

The most traitorous Present
The most deliberately and unwittingly destructive Traitor in Chief.

The Traitor in Chief most conceived in hell and born in hell’s outpost in Kenya.

I mean come on, what other presidential candidate designed his own seal? Who made a speech with Greek columns alongside him? Who planned a victory celebration in an open air stadium? Who was the smuggest, most arrogant clown to ever appear in a presidential debate? Who is on tv more often than the Shamwow guy? This stooge’s ego is beyond galactic-sized.

Ah, yes I forgot, but in this case he actually was supposed to go somewhere, make a presentation and come back with an order.
It doesn't take salesmanship to sell ammo, you just scare people to death.

Scaring people and selling people are two different things, they may both result in orders though.

In 35 years I never used a teleprompter to make a sales presentation, what an ass*ole. Who needs a teleprompter to speak about the town you're from or the reasons why it's the right place at the right time for the games.

Salesman of the Year. Putz of the Year, is more like it.

And he hardly had to do anything. Give him a real opportunity to sell something and he blows it.

Here in the U.S., the 2016 Games really need to become known as the “Lympics”.

No O.

I’d put tags on mine but I figure when the thought police come to get me at least I put them to work trying to find me. Soon or later the left always tries to win by knocking the other pieces off the board.
