Civil Rights Commission Chairman Seeks Responses In Voter Intimidation Case
The Chairman of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, Gerald A. Reynolds, has sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder seeking answers to their questions about a voter intimidation case in Philadelphia involving the New Black Panther Party (NBPP). It considers the responses "overdue."
The letter, dated September 30, 2009, is seemingly an unprecedented action. It asks for Mr. Holder to "instruct Department officials to fully cooperate" with the Commission's investigation, as required by federal law.
The correspondence noted that the Commission still has not received any of the documents they requested in their initial June inquiries. It has questions surrounding the "unusual decision" by the DOJ ...

Mr. Holder is “eating his waffles” and does not wish to be disturbed. Come back in a couple of years.

Although it [The New Black Panther Party] says it sees capitalism as the fundamental problem with the world and revolution as the solution, the new party does not draw its influences from Marxism or Maoism as the original party did. Instead, in a carefully-worded, roundabout form of ethnic nationalism,[8] they say that Marx based his ideology and teachings on indigenous African cultures, and that the NBPP therefore need not look to Marxism or Maoism as a basis for their program, but can look to ideologies that stem directly from those African origins.

Note: the page has very recently been deleted (~7/30/09) and now only exists in the following linked Google cache version, thus the long url:

UPDATE! (Aug 3, 2009): The MySpace cache version has been dramatically altered and no longer contains the troubling images above and others like them. However, the following linked Washington Times article has several screen captures of the original page, although, for some reason, they apparently do not include any of them waving the guns around. Perhaps they do, I just didn't see any on my first attempt.

shabazz and shabazz? Same sperm donors for “fathers”?
I can only tell you that in the continuing rat-race, it appears, for now at least, that the rats have won.
It would serve this county well to have Mr. Holder investigate the Black Panther voter intimidation charges and leave the CIA agents alone.
Even if you win the rat race, you’re still a rat.

Fingers on the trigger, piece of crap guns. Not saying I am underestimating these goons. Crazies should not be underestimated. But one on one, these dipsh!ts would be outclassed by any trained gun owner.
Asking AG Holder for details is RACIST!

"Fraunces Tavern is a restaurant and museum in lower Manhattan, New York City. It was built on the site of a former building which played a significant role in pre-Revolutionary activities, and in which, on 4 December 1783, General George Washington bade farewell to his officers at the end of the Revolution, before returning to his home, Mount Vernon."

"During the 1970s and 1980s, FALN members set off at least 138 bombs in five major U.S. Cities. Six Americans were killed in those attacks. One of those bombings, in January 1975, was at the historic Fraunces Tavern in lower Manhattan while patrons were at lunch. The explosion killed four and injured more than 50."

"Between 1974 and 1985 the FALN (Puerto Rican Armed Forces of National Liberation) organized 120 terrorist bombings in the United States. Many Americans were killed in those bombings, and many more were crippled. In 1983, another Puerto Rican terrorist group known as the Macheteros, attacked and robbed a Wells Fargo armored car in Connecticut. The Macheteros intended to use the money to finance a terrorist campaign against the United States. Working under the cover of Puerto Rican nationalism and claiming to act on behalf of the 'oppressed people of Puerto Rico,' the FALN and the Macheteros are nothing but Communist revolutionaries. Both groups were organized by Fidel Castro's secret police. The ultimate goal of the FALN and the Macheteros is the creation of an independent Marxist-Leninist dictatorship on the island of Puerto Rico."

I just wonder if any of the guys in the photos have prior felony convictions that would make the photos themselves evidence of another crime. Just sayin’
Well said yet I no more care what color a person is if they attack me or mine........... !
They better be good and fast at their chosen profession. Dressing up like a bunch of clown posse posers is their first mistake.
Interesting...Shabazz shares the name with al shabazz, the Al Queda group acting up in Somolia with recent visitors from MN. Wonder if there is any connection.

They’re all a bunch of racist, degenerate morons.
They live as thugs and more often then not they die as thugs.
I am pretty sure that one of those “guns” is a starter pistol or a .22 at best. What a dope.
Check out the pic on Drudge...that ass is huge, but those arms are toned.
Notice also that the same two guns are used in both photos.
Regardiong the gun handling skills of the trash in the pictures, Squatting Trash has his gun pointed at Standing Strash’s tenders.
Squatting Trash and Standing Trash have their fingers inside the trigger guard.
Both seem a few fish short of a full stringer.
Neither of them would be allowed to shoot on any range I know of. Step back from that keyboard, Libtards! - I’m not a racist.
On the other hand, I am a Range Safety officer, and I know arrogant, brainless, danger when I see it.
PS A good dose of smart pills would help both of them.
Please forgive the typos, my hemoglobin titre in my caffeine stream is far too high.
Of course the NBPP is 'series'. They and other black revolutionary communist groups have murdered lots of people in the past, mostly police officers. The Black Liberation Army teamed with the Weather Underground to carry out several high-profile attacks, including the 1981 Brinks truck robbery/triple murder and various other cop killings and bombings in San Fran and New York.
Lots of “unprecedented” sh*t coming from this administration.
The only critique of your post is that you fear being called a racist by the left. Time has long passed for that to be a fear that anyone should have.

"Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community ... Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love." - "Divine Racism: The Unacknowledged Threshold Issue for Black Theology", in African-American Religious Thought: An Anthology, by William R Jones, ed Cornel West and Eddie Glaube (Westminster John Knox Press).

SEAN HANNITY: But Reverend Jeremiah Wright is not backing down and has not for years and in his strong stance on the teaching of black liberation theology is nothing new. He had the same things to say last spring when he appeared on "Hannity & Colmes:"
WRIGHT: If you're not going to talk about theology in context, if you're not going to talk about liberation theology that came out of the '60s, systematized black liberation theology that started with Jim Cone in 1968 and the writings of Cone and the writings of Dwight Hopkins and the writings of womynist theologians and Asian theologians and Hispanic theologians, then you can't talk about the black value system.
HANNITY: But I'm a reverend
WRIGHT: Do you know liberation theology, sir?

Given that I still have the old 21/4 x 31/4 B&W negatives I took at the first March on Washington, I really don’t worry about being called a racist.
On the other hand, I do like an opportunity to tweak Liberals.

Re: They and other black revolutionary communist groups have murdered lots of people in the past...
Correction: They and other black revolutionary communist groups have *advocated* for murdering white people and police officers. While the Black Liberation Army and the original 1960s Black Panther Party actually DID commit murders, I don’t know if the New Black Panther Party were behind or part of any, although I certainly wouldn’t doubt it.
I don’t know if any of you have seen this mini-documentary....but it’s certainly worth a look. Al Sharpton is in it, too. Louis Theroux does a ‘tongue in cheek’ style reporting....but he soon found out a bit more than he planned with this.

As a matter of fact I have and I even taped it.
Mr. Holder, the 80 million gunowners of the USA demand an answer!!!! They will not wait forever.
They only have the ‘ranks’ they do because they are part of an insular military that gives ranks not on actual skill through endurance testing, but whether or not you hate whites, hispanics, and asians enough.
I wonder if they hate Asians as well, or suppose that Asians would gladly kill ‘whitey’ as much as they (black panthers) would like them to.
Of course, the thought that an Asian would rather spit in their faces and grind them under their boots perhaps does not cross the minds of these militant idiots.

Brilliant!
Rather than modeling their philosophical system after the highly successful, freedom-granting, prosperity-producing nations that did so through Marxism or Maoism, they have chosen the even more successful pattern of the indigenous African tribes- the ideal models of health, wealth, freedom and success.
I get it now!

In any case, it’s still basically communism.
From Wikipedia: Primitive communism...
Primitive communism is:[1]
A term usually associated with Karl Marx, but most fully elaborated by Friedrich Engels (in The Origin of the Family, 1884[2]), and referring to the collective right to basic resources, egalitarianism in social relationships, and absence of authoritarian rule and hierarchy that is supposed to have preceded stratification and exploitation in human history. Both Marx and Engels were heavily influenced by Lewis Henry Morgan’s speculative evolutionary history, which described the liberty, equality and fraternity of the ancient gentes, and the communism in living said to be evident in the village architecture of [the Iroquois, an indigenous people of the Americas].
The model of primitive communism applies to early human societies because hunter-gatherer societies had no stratification order and did not create surplus.[3] Furthermore primitive societies may have contained all of the features presently associated with the goals of “communism”.
In a primitive communist society, all able bodied persons would have engaged in obtaining food, and everyone would share in what was produced by hunting and gathering. There would be almost no private property, other than articles of clothing and similar personal items, because primitive society produced no surplus; what was produced was quickly consumed. The few things that existed for any length of time (tools, housing) were held communally.[4] There would have been no state.
Domestication of animals and plants following the Neolithic Revolution through herding and agriculture was seen as the turning point from primitive communism to class society as it was followed by private ownership and slavery, with the inequality that it entailed. In addition, parts of the population specialized in different activities, such as manufacturing, culture, philosophy, and science which is said to lead to the development of social classes.[4]
Those groups that advocate a return to or are inspired by hunter-gatherer society are associated with the movement of anarcho-primitivism.

Yes. Thanks for your posts. Both insightful and informative.
These folks’ views would be laughable if they weren’t so insidious.
For all this great nation’s flaws and wrinkles, I can’t fathom why so many would like to make it more like Mexico, or African or Arab nations.
More like Cuba and Venezuela.
Unfortunately true.
To survive this illegal administration, I recommend buying lead, brass, steel, and aluminum in specified shapes, with various wooden and plastic furnishings.
