Yep. That’s funny.

From the link:

“As you watch the video below, keep your eye on Melissa Francis. She can barely contain her laughter when Reich absurdly proclaimed, “the stimulus package is the thing that is actually keeping the economy up, keeping people employed.” This is in the face of the worse-than-expected September job losses reported on Friday.

But that’s not all, folks. He actually believes that the gargantuan national debt isn’t enough. He thinks that the government should spend even more money that we don’t have:

“Rather than worry about government spending too much, I worry quite frankly about government spending too little.””

As you watch the video below, keep your eye on Melissa Francis. She can barely contain her laughter when Reich absurdly proclaimed, "the stimulus package is the thing that is actually keeping the economy up, keeping people employed." This is in the face of the worse-than-expected September job losses reported on Friday.

But that's not all, folks. He actually believes that the gargantuan national debt isn't enough. He thinks that the government should spend even more money that we don't have:

"Rather than worry about government spending too much, I worry quite frankly about government spending too little."

While Reich's statements are laughable, they're also alarming considering he's serious and is advising our president on economic policy. As British politician and Member of the European Parliament, Daniel Hannon, (I wish we could import him) said to British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, earlier this year:

"You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt."

Just about as meaningful as the posts that say "Check This Out", and a link. What thought! What consideration! Depth of Analysis!

ROFL. That is funny. And poor Robert Reich was trying to make a serious point.

Gee, I guess when I all but stop watching the MSM blather on, I do indeed miss a good one now and then! Poor Robert, they don't laugh at him when the advisors get together with Obama, they just try to plan on how to get more money to spend. All kidding aside, they just can't wait to spend our tax dollars fast enough and get more of them even faster. I hope lots of DUmmies and libs were watching.

Not sure any of them are taking the time to listen. They are acting before they are acted upon.

Totally different political climate than we’ve had in the past. I don’t think it’s Obama’s purpose to be in office and get re-elected. It’s his purpose to change as much as possible as quickly as possible with the express goal of the diminution of the United States (if not it’s outright destruction). And I don’t think he is doing it alone. As a matter of fact he’s probably only a small player in the game.

And, yes... this tin-foil hat fits quite nicely, thank you.

GG

Reich released it to the press

Not only racist - illegal and unconstitutional

The left gained power by promising your tax dollars and perks and power and jobs to minorities - and crooked bankers and brokers

The Bernie Maddoff connections will never be fully uncovered and known

I saw his multi-million dollar beach house on FNC - it was no big deal

Poor design and boring and not comfy at all

It looked like a cheesy antique store full of fakeroo stuff

Where is his beach house located? I remember seeing million dollar homes in California that were awful looking, like an old 1950’s ranch style but not as nice, lol. Location.

It is no Biltmore House in Asheville NC

Lousy taste and bilions to spend on anything Maddoff and his wife desired

She should be in fed prison for life too

She was in on all the action and crooked deals

Maddoff paid out lots of cash to his closest friends just before he was arrested

His wife continued to divert cash and valuables and other assets after his arrest

One of his top men allegedly agreed to rat out the scheme and everyone involved and anyone who benefited

I hear nothing more about that

Maddoff gave lots to Obama - much more we will never hear about or know of I am sure

Wall Street records have ID’ed those who moved money in fall of 2008 - but I doubt we will hear much about it

A lot easier to bribe or pay off with billions instead of a few silly millions

There is something beyond the money

Maddoff knew he would be caught someday

His wife will not live forever

His sons allegedly turned him in

His brother was a key man

-

So what power trip of crooked agenda did Maddoff hope to benefit of fund?

Was he actually religious?

If so - like Obama - he has done enormous damage to his ethnic group for centuries from now

Was/Is Maddoff a radical corrupt political King-Maker?

Did Maddoff hate America and Americans so much that he wanted to destroy our way of life?

What did Maddoff plan on doing?

Did he achieve his aims?

Was/Is Maddoff just another arrogant leftist like Obama and Hitler and Marx who wanted some insane fantasy?

Or did Maddoff just want to break things like a spoiled child?

Like Obama is doing now.....

Giving sub-human criminals their fair share -

I don’t have my own website so I can ask this innocently...

What’s the harm of blog pimping if a person wants to share news, info, opinion, etc. with the rest of us? Driving up their numbers doesn’t cause harm to anyone, right? As long as their mind and heart are in the right place (like any good FReeper’s should be), what’s the downside?

Thanks.

I’m not interested in clicking on another link. I think they should give us the information without the hassle of going to YET another site.

Additionally, it is almost always regurgitated news. News that came out minutes before but they have repackaged. Notice that the original poster has never responded to my queries. That is very telling.

I do not think the OP is genuine. Otherwise they would respond like normal people. This one is silent, only wanting hits.

[What’s the harm of blog pimping if a person wants to share news, info, opinion, etc.]

No real harm if they are sharing opinions, everybody has one. We can find the real news all over the web and if I send a news url to friends I am not going to use a blog site. FR is sometimes referred to as a blog, but I sure don't consider it that.

We even have a blogger category here I believe. What I dislike are all the 2009 signups that post numerous threads pointing only to their blogs, drumming up business. Everybody seems to have a blog now days, it must be an ego thing to think all you say is important, lol.
