Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad joke about Iran's nuclear capability and the atomic bomb at their meeting in Tehran on Saturday. The man in the middle is laughing, but he dosen't know why.

I will pass it on to the person who set it to me. With or with out touch up the photo speaks volumes on how Obama conducts his foriegn policy and how much respect they have for him and our country. That’s the importance of the message. I’m sorry you found the message flawed.

He does indeed look like a hobo, He probably watches old “Miami Vice” episodes...going for the Don Johnson look.
More importantly, why would anyone, including Obama, trust this guy.
