It's okay to admit it: you thought you were voting for a more benevolent and wiser version of Tiger Woods when all you got was a smoother version of Chicago-style, brass knuckle politics. It isn't so much that you voted for the wrong guy; you were lied to by the media.

I don't know exactly how much money Tiger Woods gives away, but it's millions of dollars every year. And as far as I know, Tiger EARNED his money and earned it under almost pure capitalism-professional golf. No muligans for Tiger because he's black, no playing from the Ladies Tees because he's black, no improving his lie because he's black, i.e., no Affirmative Action for Tiger, he plays by the same rules the white guys play under. Obama? He was a, uh, Community Organizer who's every penny came from some government, i.e., some government that first took money EARNED by the likes of Tiger Woods.

I think that will prove to be true, at least for a few decades. Enough Americans will realize how foolish it was to vote for a black guy just because he was black (and that decision was made for many varied, and foolish, reasons).
But I think his father was active-duty US Army, so I'd guess that he IS a NBC.
Who ever is pulling the strings on THIS puppet was good at getting him into the WH and is NO good at passing him off as a President. Their con ain't working so well on THAT!

My husband was active duty and so was I when our son was born...
But I did not become a US citizen until he was 8 months old ...

We can blame media to a point. But the real failure is our educational system that fails to teach folks how to think critically. The media uses this weakness to push their agenda knowing that the message will not be dissected by the mass of unlearned.
If Americans are not taught to think things through for themselves and to rely upon propagandized majority opinion (ala the American Idol mentality), we as a nation are destined to be continually manipulated into the latest fad (currently progressive socialism).
We need to focus on solutions - education being one of the primary areas to target. Not advocating increased spending in schools necessarily, but increased attention to the causes and effects of our actions as well as glamorizing the reasoned individuals deemed ‘uncool’ by the lazy, undiscerning masses. Let’s use this crisis, this ‘Trauma of Obama’, as a beginning point for our new education.
It is nothing more or less, than most clear-headed Conservatives have not believed about him from the beginning.
In fact, “O” is nothing but the visible, albeit magnified mirror-image, personification of that familiar laundry-list of all (and the worst) un-American, Liberal BS spewed into American public life by that crowd of psycho-babbling whiners we’ve tolerated for decades.
But… THIS ONE was presented to American voters on a platinum platter, and with that special seal of ‘incontestable’ and indiscriminate approval the MSM has reserved for Liberal candidates and policies.

Nah. The LibTards have a lock on public schools. I think the best solution is for Conservative parents to yank their kids out of public school and home-school or send them to a private or charter or web-based school. At a minimum, if they need to keep their kids in public school, there needs to be serious de-briefing at the Family Dinner Table each and every evening. That’s the route we took, along with Husband and I working opposite shifts for many years so one or the other of us was home and available to do ‘school things’ with our boys.
The amount of money flowing into the public education coffers is staggering; they’re not going to give that up.
I’m assuming you’re familiar with Cleon Skousen and ‘The Naked Communist’? OUR problem (GOP, Conservatives and Libertarians) is that we haven’t had a cogent PLAN for 50 years. The Commies HAVE A PLAN; they’ve made GREAT strides in America.

Why was that? My daughter was born in England while I was on active duty. She has a “Registration of Birth Abroad” from the US Embassy plus British birth certificate. I think she could claim dual citizenship but, she’s an American.
