What do you expect? There's so much s#@t going on in the White House they probably didn't notice!

Did the First Dog Leave a Number Two on Air Force One? Washington Wire- WSJ October 7, 2009 The mystery begins in a Pittsburgh bar where several high-flying airline types met last month.

The group swapped stories over drinks when three people present let loose with a good tale. Bo, the presidential puppy, recently left a present on the presidential jet, they said, and a flight attendant had nearly stepped in it. A White House press official was certain—the scoop on the poop was a crock. The press office checked with the Air Force One flight crew who said Bo had not desecrated the jet.

Other big news beckoned: the health-care overhaul, rising unemployment and a debate over the war in Afghanistan.

But we were nagged by a question—was the pile denial a White House cover up?

Good looking dog. I have 2 basenjis that are crate trained. They are very good about going out, but sometimes (being dogs) they get into something and have an accident... the looks on their faces is just tragic.

Training is everything with dogs. Spot has never "gotten into anything". He quickly learned "table manners" and sits or lays patiently for what he knows is coming. I don't let him down. I give him tidbits, but usually put my plate on the floor for him to "clean". I could leave a steak (or anything) on the table or counter and leave for hours. It will be there when I return. He will sniff to know what's there, but will not go further.

As for dogs and their emotions. There wear them on their faces...

My favorite pic! Spot and "Baby". He's looking at me "again?" Baby lasted over two years of chewing and throwing. Couldn't replace either.

Did you ever train a Dalmation? I've never had a basenji, only saw them. Are they stupid? Spot's very hard-headed, but so am I! :>)

They’re way too smart and willful. They’re unchanged for thousdands of years and adapted to surviving in the Congo, where they are used to run down small game.
