Obviously this guy is not qualified to be a “Safe Schools Czar” and should be removed from the job. Nevertheless, the title of the article is intentionally misleading since it is the opposite of the sentiment Jennings expressed in the given quote.

If ou have a father whom you love, a boy wants to emulate him. And that is the healthy aspect of growth.What Jennings wants is to impose a culture on the family that is unnatural, and does not exist outside of institutional tyranny.
If a fag contingent holds YOUR school hostage, run them out on rails, efficently and quickly. Just get rid of ALL health classes on the curriculum, and get rid of ALL sex education classes.

But, in the statement quoted in the article, he’s talking about what he thinks “the culture” teaches boys, not what he thinks boys should do. Unless there’s more to the statement that sheds a different light...?
And this is just one more reason why we should not have these loons in leadership positions. If a homosexual kills someone, that is justified but if someone kills a homosexual, that should not only be prosecuted, it should also have a special law over and above, called a “hate crime”, which makes the sentence harsher. Clearly, these liberals do not believe in “equal justice under the law”. Instead, they want “special justice under the law” just for them.

Yes, he wants to destroy the culture, family, values, morality and everything. But, he's not advocating in this statement that "gay" men kill people who call them a name. Rather, he seems to be saying that straight boys wouldn't be so insulted by the word and wouldn't use it as an insult, if only they were raised to accept what they deem to be effeminate behavior in other boys.
As you and I know, many boys use this word against boys who aren't homosexual. Boys are called that name and beaten up, just because they're nice boys, by bullies.
But, of course, we can see that Jennings is twisting bullying here to suit his agenda. He's saying: "If only young boys were taught to accept homosexuality, we wouldn't have so much bullying in school."

Whatever he meant specifically, we know his agenda. And IMO this statement is so convoluted who knows what he actually was trying to say. When crazy people blather and foam at the mouth, their meanings are not always clear and consistent.

Growing up (eons and eons ago - or as my children put it, around the time of the dinosaurs), I remember boys being shoved around and beaten up and called that word. I felt bad for them. They mostly were nice boys. Some of the same bullies pushing them around would pick on me (a girl) sometimes, too. So, to me, a swagger and tough talk didn’t make a boy a boy, or a man a man. What really made a boy a boy was the way he treated girls. If he treated them badly, he was just a jerk.
A few of the bigger boys who never had effeminate mannerisms, and who were popular with the girls, turned out to be three-dollar bills (an old term). ;-) Meanwhile, most of the boys called “sissies” or that other word grew up to marry women, etc. So, it always seemed to me that mannerisms (effeminate or macho) had nothing to do with “homosexuality”.
Ironically, when a boy is called “gay”, the activists assume the boy really is “gay” - even the little boys who recently committed suicide - when in reality, they’re usually just nice boys who were picked on.
I agree. Kids can be “mean” and now with the slide of family life and so much else, many kids are just feral. And kids are exposed to topics like homosexuality which they really do NOT need to know about until they are older.
Simple precepts like courtesy and respect are missing.
