The Biggest Shovel is Obama's
The American Thinker ^ | October 12, 2009 | John Morgan

Forty-four days before he assumed the office, Barack Obama went on Meet the Press and spoke of shovel ready projects that were supposedly awaiting a job stimulus plan:

"When I met with the governors, all of them have projects that are shovel ready, that are going to require us to get the money out the door, but they've already lined up the projects and they can make them work. And now, we're going to have to prioritize it and do it not in the old traditional politics first wave. What we need to do is examine what are the projects where we're going to get the most bang for the buck, how are we going to make sure taxpayers are protected."

As a to the right moderate, it sickens me to see those same leftists witches & monsters daily on TV after they’ve practically destroyed the financial capacity of America.

I understand the leftists media covering for them but I can’t understand why there isn’t a stronger right side push to expel Pelosi, Reid, Dodd & Frank.

I can’t imagine a Republican candidate, yes even in Mass. or Conn. running commercials come 2010 & 2012 showing these slimeballs preaching everything is going great just before our total national collapse & the tsunami of savings & investments by their constituants evaporated.

Yes even in the deepest of blue states the Republicans can win again. They must show the people via commercials the scumbags really responsible for the lose of peoples life savings & homes.

My God, I’d never get into the filthy game of politics - I’ll just vote thank you, but if the Republicans can’t get it together & clean out the house & senate this time EVEN stronger than 1994 then they should just pack it in.

There is so much filth that a clean new fresh Republican can throw at the leftist ilk in Washington that even a blind man can’t miss.

Personally, the largest Republican mistake I’ve seen so far is the fact that Steven’s did not step down prior to the election of Nov 2008 & Palin tell McCain, “you’re a freekin loser, I quite your campaign, this election is over, you stink & I’ll place myself in Steven’s seat, win it in Nov2008 & fight Obama from the Senate.

If the Republicans want to field a group of candidates as weak & Passive as the field in 2008, then pack it in.

Where is Newt when you really need him?

The stimulus package was nothing more than DemocRAT legislative authority to spend money the Government didn’t have.

Even useful and long planned infrastructure projects often are delayed or stopped altogether by environmentalists. Shovel ready projects can easily be held up for years if some threatened fish, insect, animal or plant might be disrupted.
