Is it a salad? Is it a taco? You be the judge!
1 head shredded lettuce
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Mexican style shredded cheese (Monterey Jack/Cheddar blend)

You also do that with beef, chicken or shrimp.
Where do you live, BTW?
Add guacamole and refried beans and I’m in.
For my taco salad I layer from the bottom up with...
ground beef with taco seasoning
cover with melted cheese
sprinkle with pecans
It looks great in a large glass bowl.
Sounds like sewage du jour. A variation on the classic taco salad. Dump the leftovers from the refrigerator into a large bowl, mix in few surprises, make it look like something extracted from a big sink trap and then eat it....
PS: The veggies in Ramen noodle cups also look like something from a sink trap....But at least Ramen is hypersaline.
Thanks for the recipes!
