Nut shell:
ACORN agents and local media said that the stingers were thrown out, they did not fall for it and it turns out that all of the ACORN and Media statments were bold faced lies.
It is intentional, and something about this video is not right.
The FACT is that the girl called police and filed a police report after they left. It appears she led them on with the idea that she did not want to cause a scene, and then called the police when they left.
I could imagine ME doing that in a real life situation, the whole time getting all the info from the “apparent perps”.
IOW, I probably would have done just what this woman did (based on what I’ve seen and heard in this video), from trying to be “helpful” to calling the police after they left.
The claims that acorn was lying when they said the discussion was brief and that they were “shown the door” are red herrings.
Apparently a follow up appointment was made. I wonder if the cops were waiting for them at that time?
I’m almost beginning to feel sorry for Bertha Lewis
ACORN was the enabler of our current economic mess, it’s time they had their own freaking depression. Good riddance you scum buckets!!
I don’t think that the ACORN workers are that clever.
I’m not so sure that the police report is entirely legit. Someone noted that the complaint was file against O’Keefe. I don’t know if he used his real name in the sting. If he did not, than the complaint was made up later.
Could be the scenario. I wonder just how the police report, that was made just after they left, had O’Keefe’s name on it. He supposedly uses an alias. I have a question about that and that they “threw them out of the office”. That didn’t happen.
I have thought about it and if someone came to me with that story, I would at least think they had a screw loose and show them the door.

LINK TO POLICE REPORT WITH O’Keefe’s name and the claim that they were causing a disturbance.
What bothers me most is the fact that these ACORN people can lie with such sincerity. Do these people sleep at night? I suppose you have to have a conscience....
Note that the police report was filed by a GUY named Keith Curry or Crosby not the ACORN woman.
There certainly was NOT a ‘disturbance’ (at least as I would use the term).
Also, since the Police Officer has worse handwriting than me, a translator is needed to see what the complaint is.
looks close to “doctor handwriting”. that police report is questionable.
my guess is. acorn probably heard from it’s other offices and sent out an urgent warning. then it was time to create “evidence” to repudiate O’Keefe.
The undercover ops have been accused of violating "wiretapping" laws by recording audio without the speaker's consent. Apparently Pennsylvania is a "two-party consent" state. So my guess is that they have intentionally removed the audio of the ACORN worker in order to appear to comply with that law (IANAL but I would guess that recording the ACORN worker's voice and then later editing it out of the recording is not sufficient to avoid being charged with that offense)
I guess the entire broadcast team of 60 minutes is guilty of ‘Serial Disturbances’. That would be a 30+ year, ongoing criminal enterprise.
>>What bothers me most is the fact that these ACORN people can lie with such sincerity.<<
In all sincerity, it is not only easy to do, but VERY common. We all do it. And if you have ever been in sales, you do it a LOT.
When you seem really concerned for an acquaintance about a bad thing happening in their life, when in reality you are preoccupied with something happening in YOUR life, you’re lying just like those acorn people did.
I think what these two people did at the other clinics was good stuff. I hate acorn more than any other government funded organization in the country and believe they are “probably” behind massive voter fraud, but I also believe that each of these stings needs to be taken individually.
Assuming the police report is genuine, I think this one was a dud and the woman they talked to did exactly the right thing. She even set up a “follow up” meeting where they could meet her and the cops.
My whole position depends on the authenticity of the police report.
the Miss Philly ACORN, sure looked disturbed. /s
She did look hypnotized on her rebuttal. I was watching her eyes flash back and forth while she was reading her statement.
Still waiting for ACORN’s rebuttal on their site. I’m sure that they are huddled with their lawyers as I type this. Now they will be suing O’Keefe and Giles on behalf of Miss Philly ACORN for psychological and emotional stress.
There is no pre-printed serial number on the complaint. That is the first thing I look for on such a form. I’ve never seen a legitimate one without it. supwidat?
Regarding the handwriting, it looks like the officer was the same one that wrote my speeding ticket in Indiana a few months ago.
lol
someone on a thread that i posted about that report (back when it came out) said something about that. jawa hasn’t had anything since on it. (that i have seen)
With this one they had BETTER remove the audio. If that police complaint is legit, then there really may be nothing to see on this one, which would mean they really stepped in it this time.
I want to see the “long form’ complaint! ;)
Here is a great follow up on the police report:
Looks like I was wrong about her calling the police. The report is a CYA.
