I think the main thing that is being contested here is that the statements that the ACORN people made to the media and the media reports about the incident were not true and the ACORN agents knew or should have known that they were not true. (i.e., the meeting only lasted a few minutes, they were thrown out, etc.).
I police report filed after O’Keefe left does not change that.

I think that police report is bogus. I read earlier that it was filed with somebody’s relative in the police department.
I just found it on another link still on the site. I do expect it sometime to be “updated” in the ACORN way.

Topic is latest ACORN sting by Giles and O’Keefe posing as prostitute and pimp in Philadelphia.
ACORN workers’ voices are blocked out, likely due to pending litigation, but you can still easily get the gist of the dialogue from O’Keefe and Giles. Also, watch the body language of the ACORN worker: relaxed and confident, nothing that says “I’m going to throw you out of this office.”
Get a screen grab of those files. If they go down the memory hole, at least there will be some proof that they existed...

If consent is not given to unmask ACORN side of the audio the question is glaring: what are they hiding?
Since the ACORN girl's body language does not exhibit confronting a disturbance I doubt consent will be given.
