Video - little over two minutes. Watch Murtha act as Speaker on the House floor, and completely ignore the Constitution. Just astoundingly pathetic.

who can constitutionally challenge them ?
A Constitution is only as good as the society and polity behind it. Latin American has constitutions modeled on the US but as anybody who follows the region knows the paper they are written on is as good as toilet paper.
Just who in the HELL does this dimwit think he is?????????
Cannot watch at work. What did he say?
Sickening. They just make it up as they go along.
Old Vote. And S&*T hit the fan because of it.
Unbelievable! Murtha needs to be tossed from Congress. BTW, that was MY Congressman who challenged him. Sometimes Sensenbrenner is a stuffed shirt, but he’s MY stiffed shirt and he was right on this question. I need to drop him a note.
You say old vote. Do you have a date for it?
This is simply flabbergasting! Murtha has got to be among the ten most arrogant gasbags I’ve ever seen, with 0bama at the top of that list, and Pelousy running a tight race with Reid the Feckless for second and third.
Surely his constituents (subjects?) see this man for the charlatan he is? Well, maybe not...
The Bastardization of the Republic continues..
Arrogant, effete elite, a—holes for the cause.
The Dems 2010
He took a vote and counted yeas and nays based on how he wanted to. His proposal got voted down and he ignored the vote, then stated that he was “not subject to question”.
Standard dimrat belief, that the Constitution is a living breathing document in order to subvert or avoid the Constitution. IMO that’s how we got a kenyan seated as the president.
Thank you. Hope this shows up on Beck, O’Reilly, Rush, Hannity, etc.
