AN AMERICAN MOVEMENT: THE SOLUTION

The most important thing we can do as a people is to protect the checks and balances of our country. 1) The Declaration of Independence, 2) The Bill of Rights 3) The Constitution, 4) the rules and regulations of the Three Branches of Government, are the documents that provide us the freedoms, liberties, country and the power to govern ourselves. These documents are protected by the checks and balances. These checks and balances are protected by the citizens of the United States with the use of the “Independent Status”. The Independent Status affects the power of the Vote, the Political Landscape and the Power of Public Opinion. The checks and balances operate on a voting system of a 2/3 majority. To destroy our way of life a group or political party will have to find a way to out-vote the checks and balances. This can be done by getting their colleagues voted into office holding 60% to 70% of the 545 seats of power. By achieving this they can override the checks and balances, thereby gaining the power to eliminate these documents. We are extremely close for this scenario to actually become a reality. This paper hopes to explain and encourage the use of the Independent Status to safeguard the checks and balances, freedoms, liberties, our country and our way of life. An indoctrination process has been administered to the American people for generations through the education system. Political factions (political parties) know that the educated people are the ones who can help save this country. Therefore, they become the primary target for indoctrination through the education system. This serves many insidious purposes. President George Washington in his Farewell Address to the Nation (1796) wrote, “The unity of government which constitutes you one people is also now dear to you. It is justly so, for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence, the support of your tranquility at home, your peace abroad; of your safety; of your prosperity; of that very liberty which you so highly prize. But as it is easy to foresee that, from different causes and from different quarters, much pains will be taken, many artifices employed to weaken in your minds the conviction of this truth; as this is the point in your political fortress against which the batteries of internal and external enemies will be most constantly and actively (though often covertly and insidiously) directed,”. Political parties are not part of the fabric of our country. The fabric of this country is composed of: 1) The Declaration Of Independence 2) The Bill Of Rights 3) The Constitution 4) The Three Branches Of Power (three branches of rules and regulations that we use to govern ourselves) 5) The Fourth Branch Of Power [ Independent Status] (we the people) In the documents just stated, you will not find any mention of political parties. Political parties were not created to be part of this system; they were formed by like-minded individuals vying for power to take over this system, and change it for their benefit. President George Washington in his Farewell Address to the Nation (1796) clearly stated that political parties would be the demise of our country if we did not safeguard our independent freedoms. He warned the people not to align ourselves with these groups and wanted us to safeguard ourselves by maintaining our Independent Status. President Washington did not join any political party and chose to maintain his Independent Status. This is the same stance that we must adopt to save our country and our Freedoms. In 1789, George Washington was appointed President of the United States. In 1791, the Four Branches of Power were ratified by the states. This was when this country was truly born with its system intact. At that moment in time, no political parties officially existed! Political parties did not officially form until a year later in 1792. The information given to us by the education system is designed to give us the impression that political parties are part of the system of government the forefathers designed for us. They are not! This indoctrination is designed so that we cannot discern the difference between the system of the political parties, and the system of government created for us by the forefathers. These are two separate systems! The GOVERNMENT SYSTEM (FOREFATHERS) is not based on or contains political parties. It is solely based on and designed for benefiting and serving the American people. The POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM is based on political parties and is designed for individuals to vie for seats of power that will benefit their party, but not necessarily the American people. The GOVERNMENT SYSTEM (FOREFATHERS)is a system that has only one choice of voter registration. The Independent Status. Although the POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM has more options for voter registration, they are mostly Democrat, Republican and Independent. Primarily Democrat and Republican. In the GOVERNMENT SYSTEM (FOREFATHERS), by all citizens having an Independent status, an open political landscape (open market) is created where Libertarian, Democrat, Green Party, Republican parties, etc. and Independents can successfully run for office. This supplies the voter with many more options and freedoms than the Political Party System. This also eliminates the possibility of a monopoly being created by any Political parties, such as we have today. In the POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM, by having the citizens mostly registered Democrat and Republican, a scenario is created where there is no open political landscape (no open market) for the other parties or independents to successfully run for office. This creates a situation where one of these parties can maneuver themselves into a position where they can gain enough seats of power to overcome the checks and balances, such as we practically have today. In the GOVERNMENT SYSTEM (FOREFATHERS), the Independent Status is design to protect the checks and balances by opening up the market place to get other parties and independents elected. This will in turn prevent any one group or party from becoming large enough to overcome the checks and balances. In the POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM, the reason citizens cannot vote in the primary unless they join a particular party, is because the Primary Vote is thee mechanism the Political Party System uses in order to get the people to relinquish their Independent Status that protects the checks and balances. In the GOVERNMENT SYSTEM (FOREFATHERS), the primary goal of the Government System the forefathers created is to protect the American people. In the POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM, the primary goal of the Political Parties System is to gain tyrannical power by overcoming the checks and balances. Political parties will be the downfall of our way of life, and if left to their own devices will consume this country. President George Washington in his Farewell Address to the Nation (1796) wrote, “There is an opinion, that parties in free countries are useful checks upon the administration of the Government, and serve to keep alive the spirit of Liberty. This within certain limits is probably true; and in Governments of a Monarchical cast, Patriotism may look with indulgence, if not with favor, upon the spirit of party. But in those of the popular character, in Governments purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency, it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose. And, there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be, by force of public opinion, to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume.” Political parties will always be the largest threat to the national security of our country. If you do not believe this, then you need to read and study President George Washington’s Farewell Address to the Nation (1796). Remember, the Three Branches of Power in the Government are entities that are not living. They are only three branches of rules and regulations that we use to govern ourselves. It is the individuals or political parties occupying these seats of power that are responsible for following those rules and regulations on behalf of the people. If they do not do so, then they become the threat to the national security of our country. Only by We The People adopting the Independent Status, can we protect our checks and balances, our Liberties, our Freedoms and the freedom to choose who we would like to vote for. The power of being completely independent and free of any factions 1) Independent Status, 2) the Power of Public Opinion, and 3) the Power to Vote…, are the powers of the people. These powers of the people have to be intact, in order to restore and maintain the balance of power in our country. With only two large factions in control the checks and balances do not work properly. The power of the vote is not effective if there are only two parties to choose from. Without the independent status to sway the parties, the power of public opinion is practically non-existent. We can see this by how easily these political parties dismiss the tea parties and town hall meetings. By registering Independent, the people can restore an open political landscape, the power of public opinion and the vote to its proper status. Remember, registering independent means, we can still vote for whomever we choose, whether they are independent or belong to a political party. What we should not do is, vote for one party across the board, because voting for only one group that thinks like-minded will carve a path that leads to Tyranny. Remember, this will happen when one party has enough votes to override the checks and balances. Therefore, let us get started with the process of restoring the power of the people and the balance of power to this country. Restore the integrity of the fourth branch of power (we the people). Re-register as soon as possible Independent and preserve our Powers, Liberties, and Freedoms. An American Movement We The People By The People For The People IN SUMMARY Think of the forefathers as Engineers who designed a system to protect a free people: people who are Independent and free of any outside forces or political parties that are trying to take over this country. In the same way a piece of music is composed around a melody that has already been written, the forefathers composed a system around the people so that they become a major component of protection for the system built to protect them. By registering Independent the people will open the political landscape thereby breaking the monopoly of these parties and safeguarding the checks and balances. The Government system is designed to protect a people that are free and are of Independent Status, but is not designed to protect a people that are aligned with the very forces and political parties that are trying to take over this country to promote Tyranny. Do not be a diehard Democrat. Do not be a diehard Republican. Be a diehard American, and register Independent. President George Washington referring to political parties in his farewell address (1796) wrote, “ They serve to organize faction, to give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put, in the place of the delegated will of the nation, the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community; and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill-concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common counsels, and modified by mutual interests. However combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people, and to usurp for themselves the reins of government; destroying afterwards the very engines, which have lifted them to unjust dominion.”

Excellent presentation!

I am just disappointed that it quickly advanced to the bottom of the blog threads (due to a delay between when it was submitted and when it actually posted) and appears to have been lost in the shuffle.
