I have no faith in them. We are going to have this fight over and over in the primaries unless we can find someone to do what Gingrich did in 1994. The fellows now in position to nationalize the races are not emotionally capable of it.
I will excuse Bonhior and Steele. They are active Republicans and have to support him. Gingrich can take a flying leap though.

Exactly. From what I can tell, the NRCC continues to run ads trashing Hoffman, and continues to staff Scozzafava’s campaign.
So this announcement is sleight of hand designed to dupe conservatives.
