I said they were able to accomplish it in twelve months. Accomplishing means they pulled it off, they completed it, they did it. The qualifier “finally” would actually be redundant.

No it wouldn't. It would have indicated a beginning before the established "twelve months." Why are you nit picking my post, which was supportive of yours, with this ridiculous and false parsing of your own language?
