I'd be intersted in what a Fox website poll would say.

You know the rats that visit ABC would vote for the Liberal Republican.

Don’t need to even look at this poll> I can see it’s ABC news, and then I see of the four they’ve got listed, ONLY ONE has any real chance of being the likely candidate, and she is SECOND! Mitt Romney is “first” because ABC voters, like ABC itself are both in the business of floating “false choices”, and handpicking for us only those people they know are likely LOSERS. If they had any smarts Jim DeMint would be on the list. If push comes to shove, and a few years down the line, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are in the process of being shoved down our throats, the RNC will be toppled.

It will NOT be Mitt Romney. If Michael Steele survives another few years in his position, and steadfastly refuses to LEARN anything from the New Republican Majority, and he tries to foist a handpicked ‘sure thing’ like Romney down our throats, well, he just won’t be able to do it.
I think we’re onto him already, and he’s a sure loser.
Romney has ZERO charisma, appeal, and he’s really not even that good looking. Kinda robotic.

If Mitt is Pete, who is repeat? Probably Huck. Seriously though, I think a Mitt ticket is going to result in a repeat of NY 23. I am still exited about Sarah, so I will remain hopeful. The problem is that I am not overly willing to believe the first person who comes out of left field and claims to be a conservative. Sarah has a history. People may not always agree with her history, but it is out there in the open, and that is why I trusts her. In 2012 I am voting based on conservative values plus trustworthiness. Mitt does not meet any of those criteria and Sarah meets both.

The 2998 election was like going back to 1976--Carter vs. Ford. A super-lib anti-American against someone so squishy, he could be a Dem if he wanted to.

If the Republicans nominate Romney, it would be like going backwards another 4 years--to Nixon. I don't think I can stomach that. I guarantee you, 100 percent, without a doubt, that Romney would get stomped by Obama. Might as well go third party at that point, because if you hold your nose and vote for Romney you will be wasting your vote just as surely as if you happily vote for a conservative.

It will take a conservative to attack Obama as the anti-American, marxist destroyer of our country that he is. It can be Palin, DeMint, Bachman, Jindal, Limbaugh, I don't care, but they better have the mental agility and toughness to defend themselves against a media onslaught the likes of which no one has seen before. If you thought they were in the tank last time, wait til you see the media with the power of government behind them.

Much depends on the results of the 2010 elections. If Obama is not derailed in those elections, he will be pretty tough to beat in 2012, no matter who is running. He'll be like Chavez, and just like Chavez, he'll start talking about a third term around 2013.

Anyone from anywhere in the world can click through and stuff online poll data.

The Poll is a phony. It doesnt ask who I would like to be the candidate, It asks who will probably be the candidate.

Mitt Romney will probably be the candidate, but I wont vote for the Massachusetts health care liberal Rino .

Sarah Palin would be my choice, but she hasnt a prayer with the present Republican leaders.

I think I will seriously leave the party before 2012, the impression I get is they dont want me or my Conservative views.

Romney is not who I want, but he is who the GOP is going to engineer. He’s going to lose, too.

There will be a third party candidate and we will have a NY-23 outcome. However, Dear Leader is going to have to show he’s a natural born citizen to the third party candidate....so he won’t be running against Romney.

Winning should be so easy for Republicans, all we need is a good candidate heavy on being a fiscal conservative to give the country hope of future solvency. The candidate also needs charisma. Mitt is not the right choice but he has name recognition so they will try and foist him off again.

And a horrible speaker. Sorry, I’ve had enough Republican candidates who can’t seem to string two sentences together or inspire a tick onto a dog’s back.

After that clunker of a response he gave after one of Obama’s speeches, it’s time we asked for more.
