During a debate on the house floor numerous Republicans continously object while the democrats are speaking. It appears they are doing this in protests of the dems holding up procedure.
Because of the back and forth and interupting I'm not going to attempt a transcript.
The Dems are making it impossible for them to do anything else.
Good on them, tie the dimmies up in procedure
@2:50 - LOL!
I hope the Republicans keep doing this. I sincerely doubt the rats will allow them to debate, so there is nothing to lose. Tie this crap up. Make the rats sweat for their pos. And when the pendulum swings back in 2010, pay them back in spades.
Make ‘em earn it.
That is hysterical!! Not so many smug looks on the liberals’ faces is there?! :-)
This is what happens when there’s no bipartisanship on a bill!
Parlimentary procedures rock—I hope this drags out until next week sometime!
Please Let your REPRESENTATIVE know you opposition to this bill: HR 3962

*update. I found another 10 minute video from the same time. It’s embeded below the first video when you click the “here’s the video” link.
As one female RAT after another stepped up to the mic to spout some inanity as part of their unanimous consent requests, I kept saying, “Who elects these people? They’re utter embarrassments.” Mrs D. was mortified watching them.
Some of the looks on their faces were pricesless, though. Like the Jane Harmon video. (third video)
They have totally changed the rules where the minority party has less rights and powers than in 100 years.
I hope that when the GOP wins back the House they keep these same rules.
So much for all the high and mighty future documentaries about how great “bi-partisan” ObamaCare was if they can’t even get a good clip without the words “I object” in them.
